I ordered from this shop by mistake(online)..thought it was hopewell hot bagel but I was willing to give it a try. My steak and egg burrito was flavorless and the home fries weren't cook all the way through and the taste was nasty. It also smells bad when you enter the store. It's a no for me.

Consistently delish bacon egg n cheese on toasted bagels can be found here. Plus baked goodies and more!! The Spanish lady at the front counter is very sweet. Always welcoming smile 😊.

Food is good. Service wasn’t. The girl with blonde hair and lashes needs to work on not rolling her eyes and getting rude with the customers. Like come on! I will not be returning due to the attitude I received 🤷🏻♀️

So I had the absolute worst experience at the bagel shoppe in beacon. The owner got in touch with me and told me to come to the main store in fishkill. Figured I’d give them a chance to redeem themselves, so I did one day. Another terrible experience. Besides the terrible service, failure to greet customers, and whatever else they do that I haven’t witnessed myself, below is a picture of the bagel they gave me. Seriously? Don’t think I’ll ever step into either of the bagel shoppes again. It’s also pretty dirty in there, but as an nyc worker, I’ve eaten in a lot of dirty looking places before so it didn’t bother me too much. I will tell you I’ve never gotten a bagel shaped like a horseshoe before, I’m surprised they even put this in the basket to sell.

Service was slow and horrible. Menu in person and online says soup comes with sandwich but owner looked at me with 2 heads and said soup doesn’t come with the sandwich. Ordered honey turkey and ham and got 1 slice of turkey and 4 ham lol. Asked for a side of olive oil and vinegar and got 1/10 of a shot cup filled w/ balsamic. When I told worker it was balsamic she proceeded to argue and say it wasn’t. Definitely don’t recommend. Especially for the prices your paying there.

Numerous times we get their bagels and croissants that are clearly a day old, most recently a day ago with a stale croissant. Don’t know why we bother anymore. Can say I’ve hit my limit and not planning on going back. They are very inconsistent and the food overall is mediocre.
