The Village Diner and Pancake Factory

We drove from fishkill after my mom’s chemo treatment in pok … we haven’t been here in a while because it is a drive but we were in pok and we were in the mood for different. We were very happy with the food everything was great we just weren’t happy with the service, we had to ask multiple times for Splenda, the waitress spilled the milk and I used my napkins, she never gave us extra (she had them in her apron) I had to call her over for some then she was taking the finished plates and dropped the butter knife on my mothers foot and never apologized and seen it fall and looked under the table . not sure if the waitress was a bit off her game but we decided to enjoy the food.

I'm just sharing my experience with the 9/11 Dutchess County call center Dispatcher and CSEA rep Andrew Calamari. When my father was dying from his 9/11 treatment. Andy let some pretty bad stuff happen to me as I was trying to take care of my father. My father was dying from 9/11 treatment and Andrew threw me a cinder block instead of a life perserver. My father's disgusted with him. I'm sharing my experience. It's up to people to decide for themselves. Yeah was ok 👌🏻

Was our first time at the Poughkeepsie Galleria location, this afternoon. The food was delicious 😋 and customer service from our server Mike was very professional. We'll be back to try something new on the menu!
