It seems every time I stop into this location there is an issue. Either my order is wrong, or you don't have something, etc. Today your system was offline and I could not purchase gift cards. I understand that issues occurred, however after waiting 15 min. in line should not be when you notify customers of this situation. A sign posted on the door or by the register, even a hand written one, would be appreciated as to not waste people's time. Very disappointing!
