I would always come here regularly with friends. Last two visits the blonde guy complained about tip when I had already tipped generously and spent $200+. If you don’t tip how he wants you to he’ll call you out on it. Not worth coming here ever again. Very rude.

I used to come here regularly but I will not be coming here ever again. At the end of our karaoke session, the blonde manager at the counter forced us to tip 20%?! For what service? The only thing he did was bring us to our karaoke room and provide complimentary water bottles. He wanted us to tip for literally doing his JOB. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Do not come here they force you to tip which is honestly ridiculous when they do absolutely nothing besides show you what room to go to. Was rude when I barely tipped him anything when he wasnt even the original person that helped me. Person had blonde hair. Additionally the rooms did not have any thing like tambourines that other karoakes have. Just overall horrible experience.

Tell ya, my wife and sister came here last night and had a similar experience as the other reviewers. The "scrawny fried hair blonde" man had the nerve to ask them for a 20% tip in addition to what she gave them. For what? Doing your job? I also heard that he did this to another room that evening. To the business owner, good luck with the longevity of your business with disrespectful and culturally inappropriate customer engagement.

This used to be our favorite karaoke place until the blonde manager told us that our price didn’t include tip… We didn’t even order any drinks and they didn’t provide any service other than the usual free water bottles and showing us our room… what did they do to ask us for tip? We’ve never been to a karaoke place that had the audacity to ask for tip so boldly we were shocked and handed him some tip. We will never be coming back here again. I hope those $5 were worth you losing loyal customers of several years.
I ordered a bottle of alcohol and played for 2 hours, paid $93, $100, and then they asked me to pay $5 more because they said the minimum tip was 18%. This is the first time I've been to a karaoke bar in the US. I went there a few times because there was a parking lot, but I'll never go back. What service did you provide me that I should tip 18%???

Scam!!! Stay away!! When i asked how much it would be for the hour he said $30, went to pay they charged me $40! Everyone in my group heard $30. When asked he said “oh i meant $40, but its still cheap since it is happy hour”. That doesn’t justify anything. They charge however they feel depending on the day. I was recommended this place since they paid $20 for an hour. STAY AWAY!!

He asked us for a tip while saying that he gave us the price without tax (he said it was around 7 dollars cheaper bc we were paying vía cash) and then the assistant (he was lovely he had black hair) but he suddenly asked for us to come back FROM THE MANAGER and suggested that we were rude for not giving him extra. One of the most entitled and irritating people I've ever seen where you don't decide whether you get a tip or not.
