They are getting premium price, but the food choices are not that satisfactory. They don't even provide ice cream. The taste of hotpot soup (spicy) is salty. The sauces are also bad.None of the servers speak English except the receptionist. But the receptionist barely comes to help.

I am not a hater. I have been here 3 times before in the past and all 3 times I enjoyed myself and the atmosphere and staff was superb. But last night, with a group of 4, I can honestly say this location has gone down the sewer.From signs in the women’s bathroom stating not to flush the used tissue to walls besmirched by running grease, holes and paint chips to floors nastily adorned with spilled sauces and used napkins.I did not enjoy my visit here and was embarrassed in front of the group I brought here; swearing we would have a wonderful evening. Instead, we received abhorrent service: late food, half of what we ordered, waiter leaning over our cooked food at multiple times to the point his apron touched food being cooked. Again, I am not a hater, but what do you call it when a table of 2, who came in after your table of 4, got all their food items and drinks and then more food items before your own table received the first batch of meats??There has definitely been a decline on the cleanliness here. There has absolutely been a decline in the service here; and the awful QR Ordering system is putrid and quite frankly annoying and does not even work. There has been a decline in the overall quality and reliability of visiting this location. I caution anyone looking to go here to please find another spot—there are plenty around the corner. For shame, quite a disappointing experience.

Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. You must call the waiter over to place your food order because the app does not allow it. The food was just awful, and the waiter moved very slowly. The meat took an eternity to arrive, and some of it was spoiled. After we informed them about it, they noticed the color, smelled it, and were shocked. They tried to offer apologies by offering us free drinks. We ordered a variety of soups, however, they were all extremely flavorless and boring.

Great food. Price is reasonable. Definitely get the boneless steak if you get bbq. Hotpot only offers 2 different meats: lamb and beef

Not very hospitable towards people of color especially when you're a new customer. Very disrespectful in regards to patronizing how unsanitary conditions when it comes to cleanliness with their tables and utensils. They are unfriendly when it comes to customers. Their wasn't any meat inside of their crabs, but they had plenty of shrimp, but not colossal. The atmosphere needs to be improved with with world music for everybody to enjoy. Overall, I still had a good time with my family. I hope that when my birthday comes, it'll be much more pleasurable and memorable.

Excellent food, had fun trying Korean BBQ fir the first time! Also, their canned Coke drinks were foamy so I loved that. Price is fair for sure ??

I swore the last 3 times was gonna be my last time coming here but here I freaking am again, 3 disappointed times over and over. first, the service was practically non existent. no one helps you anymore with the bbq and not a single time did any of the servers check on us or come to fill our hotpot soup. I had to ask them THREE times to refill my soup and 1 of the time, the server only filled my boyfriend's pot and not mine?? also, I went on a Monday, there were 5 tables around the time I went about 10pm. all 3 servers didn't speak a drop of English so I had to speak Chinese but it's my second language so I guess they had a hard time understanding me as well. but I felt as if they didn't care to know wdf you were saying. they nod and just walk off. we asked for certain foods that never came and had to ask a few times before it finally came. I told one of the servers I didn't want the corn anymore and he could take it off the grill while he was cleaning it and he stared and me and said "okay" and just walked away. like what?? and I didn't want to be an asshole so I'm trying to keep my composure but the whole entire experience was horrible one after another. all the finished empty plates were cluttered on the table and no one took them away even though they looked at our table (same with the soup, they look and just walked away. I had to ask for soup) the soup base had no taste, nothing had taste tbh but like soup base?? come on dude... I got the tomato and bf got the chinese herbal and both tasted like warm water table was greasy af when we sat down and their ordering system was not cleared from previous diners so we had to order off his iPad which totally wasn't a big deal at all but it just added to the messiness. so much happened that I'm all over the place too making this review so I apologize, but may I add that when we ordered the food, they dropped it down and didn't tell us whats what so I had to ask and they weren't even sure themselves ‍‍ and they also messed up on giving us a few wrong items that we didn't order. and they stacked one of the baskets on our raw meat which I found disgusting and unsanitary af. I think a lot of it really was the lack basic customer service. like common customer service such as providing napkins, assisting with the bbq when you clearly saw the food getting burnt. only good thing I could say was that they changed the grill when it was covered fully in black char ‍ I wish I took more pictures to show.

99 favor taste is flushing was not a good experience compared to the manhattan location. We did ACYE hotpot however the mobile ordering did not work that night and had to order through waiter. There was a long wait time between each order. Sauce bar needed to be replenished, for example running low on condiments and no bowls available. Very disappointed in the service. Wish there was more meat selection as well.

My recent visit to 99 Favor Taste was a rollercoaster of sensations, a blend of culinary delight but such a hygienic disappointment.Upon entering, it was impossible to ignore the lackluster cleanliness. The floors were grubby, and the decor seemed untouched by a cleaning cloth for ages. Tables were uncomfortably sticky. The dirty mop and mop bucket visibly seen outside of the restroom. The restroom was another letdown, with broken dirty plunger next to the toilet, empty soap dispensers and a noticeable absence of paper towels. How does your staff ensure that they clean their hands after using the restroom? Might be time for Food Safety and Inspection Service to show up.It's unfortunate that such outstanding cuisine is marred by the restaurant's struggle with cleanliness. If you're willing to overlook these issues for the sake of a culinary experience, this establishment may be worth a visit. Nevertheless, for those who value a sanitary dining environment, it's advisable to approach with caution or consider taking the food to go for a more hygienic meal.

Absolutely terrible service. We started off by placing our order on our phones, and then when the server came they said that it didn't go through so we had to order again through the person. That was a complete waste of time. Then they sat us at a 6 person table for 7 people. Two of us had to share a pot. They brought out half the things we ordered and then when we ordered again they only brought out some of the things we ordered again. They never cleared our empty plates and they refused to bring us new waters, soup or even napkins. We also found plastic in our spinach. Overall a terrible experience. Do not come here.
