Excellent Shanghai cuisine. Pan fried buns, fried belt fish, string beans, and braised pork belly were very tasty. Vegetarian appetizer also very good. We will be back.

Seeking traditional Shanghainese food? Come here for good soup dumplings and amazing apps (fried dumplings, salted duck, pan fried pork buns, scallion pancakes). There are tons of entrees to choose from, favs are Chicken with homemade sauce, Shanghai styled pork belly, crispy duck, and their selection of seafood dishes. For dessert get the glutinous rice wine! This place is a hidden gem. Note that it’s under new management so very old historical reviews may not be an accurate representation.

This is hands down the most authentic Shanghainese food restaurant in United States!! Restaurant is opened by Shanghainese owner as well.

The most authentic Shanghainese restaurant in the United States, bar none!

"A Taste of Shanghai" in Flushing offers authentic Shanghai cuisine and exceptional service. My students and I enjoyed a memorable wonton-making activity, guided by skilled chefs. From savory fried rice to flavorful handmade wontons and delicate soup dumplings (xiao long bao), every dish delighted our taste buds. A must-visit for Shanghai cuisine enthusiasts in NYC.

I never thought I can find a restaurant like this, with amazing food, whatever you order, this restaurant never disappointed you. The first time I came to here, just ordered 4 dishes and 2 snacks, authentic Shanghainess food! Plus, the owner obviously kind and gorgeous. I recommended all the snacks and pork definitely!

Dynamite! Great Shanghainese cuisine with many highlights!

Pan fried soup dumplings were so nice! Braised fish tail, pork chop over fried rice cakes, and chili scrambled eggs were a great way to start a Sunday!

So many more dishes to try, we will surely be back for round two soon.
