Really authentic Chinese/Szechuan food in flushing area. We ordered the chef’s recommended dishes and everything was just amazing. Portion is large too even for appetizers. We’re definitely going back again to try more.

I was immediately impressed upon entering Alley 41 and noticing that it has been recommended by the Michelin Guide every year from 2019 to 2024—an impressive and consistent achievement. I also saw that the restaurant had been featured in The New York Times, which added to my excitement.

From the beginning, the service stood out. My server, Leon, politely asked whether I preferred a hot or cold drink instead of assuming I wanted hot tea, as is often the default...
