Congratulations Au Bon Pain, this is probably the worst thing I ever eaten. First the packaging is stuck to the actual food and it's impossible to separate second thing is the flavor, I don't know how many days it's been out for sale I just I don't get sick after taking two bites absolutely horrible.
Very very busy so gooduck serving yourself. That said they have a bunch of bakery items available for being such a small store. They also have serve your own coffee and tea. It's usually packed with people since it's really the only eating option inside this specific branch of the airport.

Yikes. Don't get the hot food. We got some egg sandwiches and they were disgusting- I had to throw it out after one bite. The egg was rubbery, the bacon was a weird color and the bread had a weird taste to it. I've been to many an ABP but this one has egregiously lower quality that stands out from the chain. Probably because it's in LGA?
