The tattooed Black cashier at this Auntie Anne’s was shockingly rude and completely ruined my day. I’ve never had a problem here before, but this particular employee was condescending and dismissive the moment I mentioned I had a free pretzel coupon. He immediately started making snide remarks, as if I was trying to scam him. Then he falsely claimed the coupon wasn’t valid for all pretzels—even though that’s blatantly untrue. I had to pull up two different pieces of proof just to defend myself, and instead of apologizing, he finally processed it with a hostile attitude and another sarcastic jab, accusing me of giving him the “wrong size” when I hadn’t even mentioned a size at all.
His behavior was not just unprofessional—it was flat-out disrespectful. He made me feel small and unwelcome for no reason. I even returned later when the store was empty to calmly express how upsetting the interaction had been, and all he could say was, “Well, that’s how you felt,” with zero accountability or remorse. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and frankly, it’s appalling to be treated like this by someone who clearly shouldn’t be working in a customer-facing role.

The workers here hate working here. I don’t care if you hate your job, why did you even apply and continue working here if you hate your job so much…. They never have anything in stock and they work slow. Probably one of the worst Auntie Anne locations, I’ve ever been to.

This was the 1st time I came here. Small shop in Main Street flushing mall. Like 5 people working here with 1 person working the register. Very pricey for some pretzels honestly. Had to pay for icing which I feel should be free considering if your buying a pretzel. Might not come back here again honestly not quite sure yet.

Unbelievably rude staff with horrible usage of the mobile app…whoever owns this location, it’s as if your staff don’t want customers to pay and earn you money. I’ve walked away from here twice and have seen other customers do the same before. Please re-train to enable them to be more helpful and increase your sales ?♂️
