Food took over a half hour to arrive, and when it got to us both of our orders were bad. I ordered a mushroom and swiss omelette, which tasted fine but was the ugliest omelette I’ve ever been served. “Home fries” were a half potato, chopped up and completely undercooked. My partner ordered a waffle, which was cold and clearly made with way too little batter. If that wasn’t bad enough, the butter on the table had gone sour, so she couldn’t even eat the waffle.

Normally I wouldn’t post a review about something like this — I’ve been here before and everybody has their off days — but the owner is a complete jerk. He came over to insist that the butter couldn’t have gone bad (it did), and then berated the two women at the table next to us (who were also locals and have been coming there forever) for asking why their food was taking so long. Our server was polite and doing her best, but I wouldn’t want to be there with him in the restaurant.

Sad to have such a horrible experience. I used to like this place a lot but will definitely not be coming back. There are better options in the neighborhood.

Literally one of the worst takeout orders in recent memory. They wrap their fries in tin Foil, which causes all of the heat to condense and I got soggy bland fries. I also wrote for sauce on the side on a wrap multiple times on my order due to a food allergy - they ignored it. Dripping with sauce. Lastly my chicken salad sandwich tasted like it was from a can- super salty and vile. There are so many Great restaurants in this area. Go somewhere else , skip this dud.

I came here with my husband for a quick breakfast I had the eggs Benedict and he had steak and eggs. The bread was very hard and chewy & the potatoes were under cooked. Coffee was not fresh. We stepped out and the waitress came running after us half a block to ask my husband for tips my husband explained that he had no change showing her the bills, she proceeded to snatch the $100 bill from his hand forcing him to walk back to the diner to get his change. Which was very extremely disrespectful and such an awful experience for us.

Good neighborhood diner. I got Soup and a Fried Egg on Rye Toast, and both were excellent. I've been here before, and I'm sure that I'll be back again.

Vegetarian options: Like any good diner, there are vegetarian options.

Dietary restrictions: They listen carefully to requests, and respond graciously.

Parking: Street parking is problematic, but there are parking lots & garages in the area.

Kid-friendliness: There were families with happy kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: Level entrance, but you might have to maneuver in the aisle.

Are here a few days ago. I ordered the breakfast sausage and it smelled so bad, told the waitress and she didn’t even care. They charged me for rancid sausage. Never again!

Ordered a burger and fries and a cup of coffee before hand. Didn’t wait long to get seated or get some coffee. It was a calm vibe, I would go back.

On my last meal here, food took quite a while to show up on the table. And this was for a weekend special when they weren't packed to the gills with customers. When it finally came? The good was ok. Nothing to write home about.Decor is dingy and dated. Lighting is dim, and this affects the atmosphere. It doesn't look like a fun place to eat. It feels stuck in time. Drab. And just because it's diner doesn't mean it has to be that way!I've dined here before and received chipped plates for the serving platter for entrees. It feels like they aren't trying. The 3% charge on CCs is nonsense. Surely you guys can foot the cost of this. I'm sure 90% of customers are using cards. It's not great, and I wish there were better options for diners. They're few and far between however. I love diners but I'm not in love with this one.
