I have done three different events with catering from Jewel Bagels. Everything always exceeds my expectations. Food is delicious and fresh, planning with Ariel is always a pleasure. My go to for all parties!!

Jewel Bagels is my absolute go-to every time I’m in New York. The service is sonic fast, by the time I finish ordering, my food is already ready...LITERALLY.
I almost always order the immune booster drink (especially since I am flying or when I’m heading to a big event), and thank God I always feel great. The bagels, waffles, and everything else are delicious, portions are super generous, and the staff is beyond efficient.
If I could give 10 stars for service, I would. See you next time I'm in NY God willing!

I’ve been here a few times and every time is a good experience. The service is good, friendly, and fast. There’s plenty of seating which is a big plus in Queens. The prices are very reasonable especially since they give big portions. And the food is always delicious. Always a pleasure to come here.

I ordered on uber eats, and the bagels are so tough, and they barely put any cream cheese. Very cheap with the fillings, and the prices are higher than they should be for what they give. Also the tuna sandwich had the thinnest layer of tuna!!! This place is a joke.

I arrived at the place at 3:54 PM and they close at 5. The person at the register, who had a very rude attitude, didn’t even say hello—he immediately told me they didn’t have enough bagels because they were closing soon. I mentioned that closing time was still over an hour away, but he repeated that they didn’t have bagels because they were closing.
Why call yourselves a bagel place if, an entire hour before closing, you no longer have the main product you sell?

I had a super bad experience with this store. First if all, no wifi offered. Very old looking store, Then i ordered the special fish and chips. They basically cheated on me. Instead of providing two pieces of fish on fries and coleslaw, they gave me just a single small breaded fish fillet on oily fries without coleslaw. That is a dishonest way of making profit out of customers pocket

We went on Sunday morning around 8:30am. Ordered the Jewel platter and a Shakshouka. The eggs in the shakshouka were hard. The sauce was watery. It actually tasted like watered down Ragu. They fixed the order with softer eggs when it was brought to their attention. The bagels were ok. There’s definitely much better in the area. The tables were very dirty. There’s a lot of staff standing behind the counter acting like they’re busy, but the place was not busy at all. The guys were screaming, “next next next” They don’t give you a moment to look at the menus above. They create a terrible atmosphere. The worse part is that I left my pouch with my wallet. i called within minutes to inform them. some guy screamed in the phone that he was too busy and that I needed to come back and find it myself. I was already on my way over there and I was back within minutes. My purse was not where I had left it. I asked the guys behind the counter. They act like they knew nothing about it. I asked the customers that was sitting near where my pouch had been . It turns out they found it and were nice enough to return it to the guys behind the counter. When I went back to the counter and asked about it again, they said they didn’t have it, and when I informed them that the guys that were sitting there had told me they had given it to them, and I was about to call the police-then all of a sudden they found it right away. This place is a disgrace.
