They sold the place and the bagels are no longer the same as they used to be. Also not as friendly as the last people who worked there. Unfortunately I won't be going here anymore. Used to be my go to spot for really good bagels 😢

I’ve been coming here for over a decade now. Sure, you won’t find any of the hipster ambience like you would in Brooklyn, but their bagels, sandwiches, and pastries are consistent and taste great. Despite what others have said, I actually think their recipes have improved quite a bit. Their iced coffee is solid too, though I’m hoping to see a larger option at some point. 🙏 Shoutout to Patrick and the rest of the staff for holding it down. ✌️

I have been going to this bagel spot foe over 23 years. The food is fresh, hot and delicious. They would have received 5 stars if it weren't for the outdated decor. They could use some new fixtures, display refrigerators and flooring.

I’m not coming here anymore. It was good with the old owners, but now the new owners took over and It is not good anymore. The miserable girl in the front acts like she doesn’t even want to be there. No smile on her face no good morning, not even a hi. She overcharges and doesn’t give you the right change so make sure you check your change. The guys in the back cannot get an order right if their life depended on it. Even when they write down what you order, they still get it wrong. They barely put any meat in the sandwiches & Aren’t good anymore. Forget about breakfast, it’s like they use small size eggs because when you get a bacon egg and cheese, all you taste is the roll. Their bagels do not taste the same and they seem a little smaller. They need to close down and get a better deli in there.

They really need to do something about the lady that makes the sandwiches. She never gets the orders right. And as expensive as this place has gotten, the least they could do is get the order right. The owner writes the order on a paper bag and gives it to the workers to make the sandwiches. But every time the lady makes the order it’s wrong. Seriously do something about it.

This used to be my favorite bagel spot, but as of late, my visits here have been less and less enjoyable. Each order recently has been wrong but I got over it because the bagels were good. My last order was my last straw and I won't be coming back. The cream cheese had an awful after taste. I took 2 bites of the bagel and couldn't finish it and I wasn't the only one. The staff is very nice and nothing against them but the quality has been declining for some time now.

This place is a joke horrible food and service maybe stick with the bagels because the Italian combo is terrible old bread and I think subway gives more meat and maybe just maybe have someone who speaks English asked for extra mayo received no mayo hot peppers instead of roasted got roasted the wise potato chips tasted better than the sandwich also on a 95 degree day you want a cold drink not a 50 degree drink why lower your refrigerator to save money when people don’t want warm drinks I will never return here again believe the other reviews and go elsewhere

Been going here for years and everything has changed since new management took over. They allow you to order through text message, and it never comes correctly or they never even make it
