Beard Papa's

We tried the cookies and cream and ube shells with vanilla cream. The cream puff shells were slightly sweet. The ube was underwhelming with very little flavor—I don’t think it had any flavor, to be honest. Unfortunately they were out of the flavor of the day (by 7pm) when we visited. The cream was ok. Nothing to write home about. Overall, fine for a small dessert but could have a slightly more intense flavor for both shells and cream.

The cream puffs are great, and the workers here are really kind and caring! Thanks to them, I was able to get my ZZZ items! Give them a try sometime!

I love the customer service and love the cream puff they taste amazing and with different types of flavors you won't be disappointed on their selection it worth trying it for yourself.

Love the dessert and the customer service

My first time having cream puffs, and they did not disappoint! This place was very friendly with fresh, tasty pastries.
I also emailed them ahead of time with questions/concerns regarding a promo deal, and they were super quick to respond. :)
Will definitely visit again during my next trip to New York.

Went for the collabo event. They did not give collabo flavor, substituted flavor without letting me know or asking me, and I waited 3 hours without being told why. Really?

I love Beard Papa but this is worst location I've been to. I will be emailing Corporate about this.

Their employees were incredibly rude. Not only were they negligent in inquiring about a customer’s allergies, they even blamed the customer themselves for having ‘no common sense’ that granolas have peanuts inside. I guess it slipped their mind that there are but-free granolas out there in the world. Absolutely 1 star. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. Their lackadaisical approach to a valid health concern is, very frankly, quite appalling.

Great cream puffs

Recently bought a classic crepe from them. I opened it to find 2 strands of hairs in the crepe.

The shell was somewhat stale and there was not enough cream. For $4.20 each pre-tax, it was very underwhelming…

This place is known for their creme puffs, but they also have crepes and they're quite good!

The seating however is quite dirty

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak crepe which was disgusting , cheesesteak was on the outside of the crepe which just made the crepe nasty overall. Could not eat the food.

I got the matcha puff with the matcha cream and the Oreo with vanilla cream. The cream was surprisingly refreshing and mildly sweet which I like. A lot. Cute little set up. A little expensive.
