I have only bought two times at this places and both instances have demonstrated a lack of sanitation. The first time, roughly a month ago, I bought a breakfast and a soda and when I drank from it it tasted so differently to what it usually tastes like. Guess what. It was expired. I had to walk all the way back to the store to ask for an exchange. Now, a month later, thinking our previous incident was just a one-time thing, I bought again some food from this place and an ice coffee for my girlfriend. I took the items to where my girlfriend works and walked all the way back to the station to go home. When I was about to get on the train, I received a video from my girlfriend showing that what she initially thought was an ice cube, resulted being a piece of plastic (INSIDE OF HER COFFEE). Furious, I decided to walk back all the way to her work place and took the coffee to this so-called bakery ready to have an argument for the lack of sanitation from this place. Luckily for them, the lady who is the owner was not present. However, I presented the case to one of the bitter women who work there. She took the cup of coffee and claimed that it was ice, then she changed her argument saying that it was a piece of plastic that comes in the ice bags and tried to hand the coffee back to me (WHAT?!) I don’t care where it came from, it is not supposed to be in my coffee. I asked for an exchange to what she agreed and ended up giving me a cup with less content than what I initially bought. Please don’t buy at this place.

It is one of the businesses that has been around for years and still has quality food and drinks.

The ones who serve now are despots and I wonder if they don't like their job, look for another one and don't be rude, the girls before were very kind.

I'm putting a little star but for the one who served me! I haven't come to this bakery for years, the panpazos are delicious, the food and bread are very, very tasty ? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ , and today I was craving a panpazo and she came to the bakery I asked the girl if she had panpazos and she said no They had it and he told me with a very ugly attitude and I asked him another question about what food he had and he spoke to me super rude that the truth is I'm not going to go back there anymore, the food can be very tasty but with a person like that no thanks! I ordered 2 tacos and while I was waiting, 2 Dominican boys came in and she quickly smiled and spoke to them pretty and flirty! She should treat everyone the same WITH RESPECT! HOW HE ATTENDED THE TWO YOUNG PEOPLE!
This place has a very good seasoning, but the attitude of the women who serve you is TERRIBLE….. those women are bitter, nobody wants to go to a place where they treat you with a bad attitude…..

Before they sold fresh bread with good quality, now they sell pure misery and very bad services, as if you were asking for free even though you pay and they give you old and hard bread...
The best pambazos
Amazing family run bakery and restaurant. A favorite for breakfast. The chilaquiles are delicious, the cemitas huge. The staff is efficent & very friendly. Be aware that because it's a popular spot it might be crowded. They have an outdoor eating area.
Food is always delicious!!
