going to this place in person? i cant say anything about it because ive never been inside. ive only ordered from here for delivery during the pandemic when covid started until now; and i’m over it. their food/menu is decent, and open late. they use their own ppl to deliver, so you cant track them on uber eats app — took them almost 3 hours to deliver from the time i ordered, and didnt receive an item. ive seen several negative reviews about their delivery and how its been handled, not a good look Moon Cafe — ya’ll havent rectified the only delivery issue and although are one of the few spots open late with decent menu, waiting for hours on end for cold and soggy food , its so NOT worth ordering from here anymore. we are in a pandemic — your business during a pandemic is what is keeping you afloat —- BE BETTER FOR YOUR CURRENT AND FUTURE SUPPORTERS — your delayed delivery during a PANDEMIC will be your downfall and continued negative reviews will bring your business to crap. thanks for feeding us during late nights, but will never order from here again.
I've been coming here since they originally opened many years ago. The quality of the food is second to none. It's always a pleasure to frequent this fine establishment.
This is very good Greek food. We have been to Mythos several times with groups, we are mostly from Greece. Paul the owner is a gentleman and his restaurant has not disappointed. Beefteki and Souvlaki are always excellent and chicken was prepared perfectly. Great place for a family dinner.
Came here for brunch with my daughter. What a cute, quaint place. Came here around the holidays so it was decorated beautifully with lights and a small village display. They have a large selection of crepes from savory to dessert, along with smoothies and teas.
Been here few times to relax and do some computer work. You csn eat a food crepe if hungry and then a dessert crepe if you want to chill. Take a date here or come solo it's all good.
I have been there many times before with my friends, but it hasn’t been for a couple of years. For my birthday, I requested to my family that we celebrate at Mythos, since it has been quite a while. I remembered that I really enjoyed it previously, as well it is also within walking distance from my house. My husband was reluctant to go, because he foolishly attributes Mediterranean food with fish, something he does not care for. (. I can’t even imagine). my grilled Red Snapper, was absolutely magnificent, something I have not appreciated in other restaurants in years. My “reluctant “ husband , adored his grilled steak, as well as my mother with her grilled seafood platter. We Loved every single thing we had, green salad, veggies, lemon potatoes, as well as my “ free surprise dessert “. Perfect service, Perfect food, Perfect birthday! Will definitely be back soon, as well as my other family members, whom were pleasantly, and happily surprised.
I have only good things to say about this restaurant, and that says a lot if you've seen my other restaurant reviews. We chanced upon this restaurant (late at night) looking for something to eat on Northern Blvd. My first visit to this restaurant was an hour prior to their closing time. They were welcoming of us. The setting in the restaurant was - two tables of diners finishing their meal and us with a baby. When we were sitting down, one of the diners who frequent this establishment said to us, "Everything on the menu is good. Especially the fish and seafood." Well, we had to try it for ourselves to make that assessment. When we got our entrees, we were the only diners left in the restaurant and we never felt rushed. The restaurant manager and servers were most polite and attentive. They made sure I had enough space to get the baby settled. I got water and bread refills with pleasantness. The food was awesome. The grilled jumbo shrimp was grilled to perfection and tender. Delicious! The keftedes Greek meatballs were a must have. It's made with fresh grounded beef. Yes, fresh! We were impressed that we can taste the freshness. Delicious! The dandelion vegetable side dish was perfectly cooked and a fabulous complement to the meal. Every dish hit the mark. We have since dined at the restaurant again and the taste is of consistent quality!! Thumbs up on that! The fish was fresh and delicious too just like that frequent diner proclaimed. I give this restaurant 5 stars.
I love this place. I have been eating there for years and they have the tastiest authentic Greek cuisine. Having been to Greece six times, and driven around most of the Peloponesses, some central and northern Greece and about a dozen islands, I can say this is very much the best of what Greece has to offer. Very delicious food and fresh. The dishes average around $15 but for some reason the lamb is now twice as much. They used to offer an awesome lamb stew with potatoes and carrots etc, delectable, but it seems to have dropped off today's menu at least. Especially love the giant Lima beans in olive oil. The only thing is don't expect the fish or seafood to be as fresh as on Aegina or Salamis where they deliver fresh off the dock to the restaurant and you eat the day's catch half an hour after the fish has been taken out of the water! Sorry you have to go to Greece to get it THAT fresh. But considering it's American sea fare it's pretty fresh for here. Everything is succulent and the cook is a genius.
Café Bench is like a Pinterest dream in terms of décor. It is absolutely adorable - twinkly lights, fairy houses, decorative tree covering the support pole - it is also absolutely ordinary. 7 of us went as an end of school gathering, thinking it was a regular restaurant. There's no table service, you sit, go to the counter, pay, get a buzzer and then sit and wait for your food. They had decent crepes, not terrific. The service was weird, so the girls who ordered first got their food very quickly had it mostly eaten by the time the last of us was done ordering. We all kind of got our food in shifts which was odd. The crepes were ok, I didn't think they used the best quality ingredients for the price. As far as sitting around talking after, the place was perfect. The people behind the counter were not really personable. It was mostly empty and they didn't try to force us out. If you're just looking for a place for coffee and a little snack that's not Starbucks, this would be good.
This is a very nice place for me to take people I work with when we need a break from a photoshoot. It does get a little expensive but overall the quality is great and as a photographer the aesthetic is perfect for your Instagram feed.

We went there to meet some distant cousins we had found online. Since we're all Greek, obvious choice was a Greek restaurant! We did the usual multiple appetizers which were all very nice. I had the Kotopoulo Mythos and it was delicious. Service was attentive and there is valet parking.
Food of outstanding quality fresh and well prepared. Prices are more than reazonable. A wide selection of dishes to satisfy everybody. Excellent alternatives for children and vegetarians. Outstanding choice of fresh fish and as any greek restaurant a good mousaka!
We were three couples, we were seated immediately at the time of our reservation, the service was friendly and knowledgeable, the food was delicious, the portions were large. We all loved the grilled branzino, both whole and filleted. Prices are reasonable. Go - you'll be happy
The food here reminds me of the food I have eaten in Greece. It is very authentic tasting and is served by Greeks. Be prepared to eat too much and take a doggy bag home. Although your main course portions will be huge and delicious, do not skimp on the appetizers which are excellent. I could make a meal on just the dips and bread. We tried the salmon, chicken breast, mousaka, and pastitsio and all were excellent. The only complaint I have is their use of canned vegetables. We were there in September when there is a glut of local produce available and yet we were served canned peas. Also they have a pretty limited wine-by-the-glass selection - mostly California. In any event, if you want genuine and delicious Greek food, go here.
We hadn't been here for a while and went for dinner with a friend. We had 4 small plates to start and decided they were so good, we would order 3 more small plates and the grilled meat platter to share among the 3 of us. It was amazing. Everything was cooked to order and fresh. The Dolmades were just made and served warm. The ambiance was lively but not too noisy. Our waiter was attentive but not overly so. This is a place to go to relax and enjoy really good food.
