I have been ordering from this location for few years since it’s been opened. I am ordering from either this Bonchon location or from mad for chicken further down in Flushing. My kid likes Mad for Chicken more but since Bonchon is not bad and it’s closer to me so I order more often from this place. Generally it’s been ok except for every time we order the strips(which I often forget the last unsatisfying experience about the strip order), the pieces are small and dried. And this time it was to the extreme that quite a few pieces were dried up so hard it was hard to bite into. The strip order was total waste of money, I almost wanted to call back and ask for credit or money refund for the strip order.
And the most upsetting thing was the rudeness and the attitude of the young female employee who was there this evening(12/26 at around 7pm).
Extremely rude to my wife who was picking up the order and she needs to trained. I see few reviews online of the similar complaints about the rude female employee/s and that tells me that even after responding to the review as if they care about fixing the issue, the ownership is not really doing anything about it.

Lady working behind the counter... poor customer service. 9PM 12/05. There are many spots that deserve your business and treat you like a human being. This one is a hard pass.

Is it a new owner? Very disappointed with the meal. Taste and looks changed. This was always better than the bell blvd location but now it’s the same. Will try gain but very disappointed.

Never had an issue with this location. The Korean Fried Chicken is always tasty and crispy, and my order is always ready by the time I get there.

It's salty, it's too salty, it feels like I ate McNugae, which is salty and expensive. If it had been salty, it would have been a delicious McNugat. Boneless chickens are McNurgaet.

Went to dine in on a Sunday evening, no one inside. No wait. They do have a lot of Uber eats order and pick ups. Staff were nice. Your typical Bonchon, chicken wings, Korean items etc. Their dining area is big, 2 bathrooms and hand washing sink. Huge free parking area as well. For dine in, i think this location is better than the Bayside one, due to the bigger dining area and free large parking lot. Overall, typical Bonchon chain, no. complaints, and that's a good thing.

Great food and great service , I didnt realize they also waited tables after coming here for years but never eating inside , first time eating inside today and was very speedy service, food was hot and short wait on the food itself , 10 out of 10 experience

Food was ok the one in city is way better and cashier had bad attitude when I asked for extra sauce but nice music
