The soybean curd I bought here yesterday looked like this when I opened it. The container is totally broken like crap.

I sometime buy tofu pudding from this place which was good. However the last time I bought tofu pudding from this place after I asked for Bobas the lady forgot to give me my syrup I had to eat it plain.Almost throw out to garbage.

The Taho in this place is awesome.
Very authentic and can’t beat the price. The portion is big, small is very enough for one person.
The tofu pudding was delicious, very rich, and the portion was huge. The syrup has a ginger flavor.
No more soybean taste. The tofu was putting in too much powder instead of soybean.
I got bad tofu twice! The tofu developed a sour and went bad. Be aware!
Very friendly lady running the deli/grocery section.
The tofu pudding tastes pretty good, but the black jelly powder feels a bit undercooked and not thick enough. I don’t know if it’s because I didn’t add enough powder.
This place is a hidden gem in Elmhurst!! They have super yummy sweet tofu and tea eggs!! I haven't found the second place to compete with this place!! Highly recommend!!

My favorite soybean curd in the neighborhood!! I always go for the tapioca pearls topping, so I cant review about the other topping. The soymilk tastes like what I had in my childhood. And the price is a plus.
When it's cold/rainy this is what I yearn for. She makes delicious tofu pudding/ douhua /Taho (whatever name you know it by). It's made warm and you can include the toppings of your choice. I just usually order tapioca. Make sure to get the syrup too (she usually gives it without asking). I tend to order 2 large with tapioca which equals to $10 ($5 each). Overall, this is perfect for a dessert or a quick meal. It's soft, sweet, savory, and every bit satisfying. This is a must have for me. So, I highly recommend the douhua.

Nice place
The tofu fah with syrup is yummy. Super soft and fresh and you can add toppings too. Now I don't need to trek to flushing. Apparently same owner as flushing branch.
