I find it in very bad taste that at 7 pm a service lady started to move everything with the intention of getting people to leave. I was eating sitting down and she left me locked between all the chairs when it is supposed to be a service until 10 pm, supposedly. That detail was very bad taste and, no less important, an act of bad manners.

I'm on keto diet and I was trying to find a way to order meat patties cheaper than usual. The crewmate named Khushboo helped me clarify the custom order such that I was able to get beef patties without buns(on keto diet, you can't eat bread) and mayo packets along with it, totaling a bit less than 8 bucks for 4 jr beef patties and cheese as opposed to 3 more bucks with buns on.
Dietary restrictions: Keto diet dictates that you can't eat bread of any kind and anything with sugar aka ketchup and soda. Thus, salads and meats that aren't fried are only options available at the restaurant.

Must be new incompetent management. Deplorable ghetto workers. I used to love Burger King for their veggie burger. I will never go in here again. About a year ago, dumb dumb at the register pretended she didn't hear me when I asked for a vegetarian burger. Then she said we don't have it. Stupid morons. Wasteful business. The young lady that worked today’s morning shift (October 1, 2023) around 8:50am was very rude and impolite. I ordered a breakfast combo and apart from not giving me ketchup for my tater tots she also threw my ketchup packets at me. If you don’t want to do your job just quit and go find another one.

This Burger King on Union Turnpike is decidedly one of the more disappointing Burger King restaurants that I have been in. Dinner hours staff was undersized, and it was most fortunate that I came in on a lousy weather night. It also took about five minutes, with zero others on line, to just take my orders, and when I got my food it was decidedly undercooked. I ended up having to take it home after a few bites, and microwave it to heat it up. Most unsatisfactory.
