Ordered chocolate shake and sundae online to pickup from the store at 11 pm, although their timing is upto 12 Am, they refused to serve me as they had stopped the machines at 10? If they had stopped the business why they accepted the order and why they were waiting for 12 o clock to physically close the store if they already had stopped doing their job. It’s just humiliation to visit the store at night just to hear we are not serving. Shame

The staff was incredible!! SO so sweet and I must add that they were so attentive and polite when taking my order. The place was clean too and personally didn't have issue with parking.

Had the absolute worst experience I've had at a Burger King. I walked in to the restaurant and walked up to the counter only to be met with stares and no asked me if I wanted to order after 10 minutes of standing I finally grew inpatient and asked if any one is taking my order and the employee named SHARMIN replied with a smart comment saying yes the kiosk will and thereafter once I'm upset because her attitude she proceeds to laugh at me and talk to a coworker in another language and laughing this behavior is completely inappropriate and disrespectful SHARMIN should be suspended or fired

Be very careful when ordering food and drinks. Ordered a fruit punch and got coke, ordered blue raspberry slush got strawberry. When asking about swapping the coke for fruit punch guy looked at me and didn't know what to do. Def better burger kings out there.

I came here with my daughter this morning ordered a Diet Coke and a lemonade. I received 2 diet cokes. I went back to the counter to say that they made a mistake. I ordered a lemonade. The girl argued with me saying I was wrong. My receipt said lemonade the sticker on the cup said lemonade. They use to be some friendly but not anymore
