Be very careful when ordering food and drinks. Ordered a fruit punch and got coke, ordered blue raspberry slush got strawberry. When asking about swapping the coke for fruit punch guy looked at me and didn't know what to do. Def better burger kings out there.

I came here with my daughter this morning ordered a Diet Coke and a lemonade. I received 2 diet cokes. I went back to the counter to say that they made a mistake. I ordered a lemonade. The girl argued with me saying I was wrong. My receipt said lemonade the sticker on the cup said lemonade. They use to be some friendly but not anymore

Love this Burger king, It's very convenient, has a big parking lot and always has cashiers ready to take my order, they don't force you to use the kiosks to order food like other fast food places..

I have been a longtime customer at this location, and for the first time, I feel compelled to report the appalling behavior of Carmen, whom I believe is the supervisor and is her personal name.
When I asked Carmen to take my order, she refused, claiming that the cash register was no longer able to process orders and that management had directed staff to make customers use the self-order machines in front of the register. I did not want to waste more of my time trying to figure out how to use the self-order machine. Carmen tried to help me with the order go through the self-order machine but struggled to make my order and made me furious when she disregarded me to the side to assist another customer facing the same issue, which only added to my frustration and led me to raise my voice at her for her incompetence an for directing the girl at the front to deny me service.
Fortunately, the delightful young girl at the front stepped in to take my order professionally, which helped de-escalate the situation with Carmen. However, I was infuriated again after I saw Carmen bully the young girl for helping me. Although I forgot the young girl's name I see her occasionally when I attend Burger King and admire her constant hard work. Carmen should be sanctioned and Burger King should value their employees and customers far more than they currently demonstrate.
