Very disappointed, bought a cheese cake literally 10 minutes ago for my sister, but right after buying just know she doesn’t like cheese cake, wanted to change , but the owner don’t change it, small business with small mentality, 😡😡😡😡

They’re prices are inconsistent. Charging a Pony Malta for $4.00 one which first of all is ridiculous, and then $4.75 the following day for someone else? These counter ladies are hit or miss. Some are genuine while other you can easily sense envy and pettiness. No need to give attitude. I get customers can be rude but everytime I’ve made attempts to go there and tell myself it’s not personal. That shorty seriously has it against me! I tried I really did. But they are incredibly over priced and yeah I’m over it

One of my favorite bakeries. I travel from Manhattan to come here! Their cakes and pastries are always super fresh.
I got food poisoning from here. That’s about it. They gave me cold sausage.

Amazing coffee and an almost-perfect croissant — truly delicious! The place is small but well managed, with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. The toilet is spotless, and there’s some nice outdoor seating as well. A great spot overall!

The place has a beautiful exterior and pandebono was okay but the coffee was so so. Also cashier was not kind or sympathetic. I cannot have sugar in my coffee due to health reasons. There was a miscommunication and when I kindly asked to please have a new drink without sugar the cashier told me I had to buy it again. I only had one sip. Next time maybe they can give the sugar on the side and not in the drink to avoid any confusion. My friend had to talk to them again and only then and with an attitude did they give me a new drink. Sorry but I will not be coming back here again.

Food was delicious the cheese empanadas were good and the bandeja paisa but the customer service was horrible you can’t even ask for a cup of water because they want to charge you almost $2 for a cup the staff needs to be a little more nicer I only asked for a cup of ice and I was charged for it but when my ice fell they didn’t even want to replace it they wanted me to pay for it this is the not the way to do business they should be ashamed they need to fix their staff and put them in check because what kind of dining establishment doesn’t let you use the bathroom

We come here all the time and have favorites we often buy. Today I was just there with my husband and baby on April 12th 6 PM and waited to be served. There were several people behind the counter but we were the only one in line. The ladies did not even acknowledge us while we waited or looked at us. We finally left because we felt they were purposely ignoring us and it felt super rude. Ok if you’re busy but at least acknowledge our presence ?! Super disappointed and will look for other places now who are more welcoming
