Nice outside decorations, OVERPRICED, but that's all, staff do not the products they sell, unpleasant and unfriendly to help, you have to tell them that you need to be assisted, instead of them welcome you to the business, I understand you open a business to serve others and to improve your income, but the way this workers are treating the customers is atrocious.

Really disappointed in Cafe de Columbia on 37th Ave, in Jackson Heights. We had gotten jam cookies as a gift and, when I tried to call and speak to someone to ask if the jam had cherries in them, as my son is allergic, I was repeated put on hold/hung up on. My son had already taken a bite unfortunately and now we're waiting to see if he will be OK. I was polite on the phone, told to wait a moment (which lasted 7 minutes before I hung up to try them again just in case) and yet this was the service I got. When it comes to allergies, this kind of information can be very serious and it should be of the utmost importance for them to address as a food retailer. Even though we've been steady customers, they've now lost our business. I never write negative reviews, but when it comes to a child and food allergies, it is absolutely unprofessional to handle this in such a disregarding way.
