I had not visited Salamanca Café for a while because I had moved out of the neighborhood. I was there Sunday and the food and the service are still outstanding as in the past. We were treated like royalty by David. We ordered the codfish croquettes, callos and chorizos Salamanca for appetizers. All were delicious. The paella marinera is very good. The sangria was also very good. I think we are going back soon. Very good experience. This place is a true hidden gem.
The paella was absolutely delicious. The octopus as well I have by four another day because they are generous portions. I never eat dessert but this time I made room for it. Service was excellent, and the food was just very authentic..
I was impressed with their professionalism and customer service in a family atmosphere.
The paella, pulpo a la gallega and camarones al ajillo were delicious with sangria and for dessert tarta de Santiago with a cafe Salamanca to end this amazing experience.
