The Food was alright, Wouldn’t say it was the best. The Service is horrible! They are very rube to me every time I visit there. The last time I was there On Sunday. I order the combo 1 that says it’s $27, But instead I was charged $35 cause I was dining in. Which they never did before every time I dine there, And order the same combo. Will not be returning there. 😠

Their roasted chicken is juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the sides—especially the rice, beans, and maduros—are always delicious. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable.

my husband called to order delivery last night...first of all no one picked up the phone the first 2 times we called...we decided to try a 3rd time and they finally answered...we ordered a combo #1 for delivery...we waited over an hour before calling them again because our food never came...they said the delivery just went out...we waited another hour and our food never came. So we never got our food. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their service. I guess don't order delivery for dinner at 7:30 on a Saturday night because they obviously can't handle it. The place is good but the service is terrible. There is a girl, the youngest in the place, who is very arrogant. If she doesn't have patience, I don't know why she works providing customer service today, November 20, she wears a red shirt. I hope the owners do something. Why such a terrible attitude? if we were asking for a gift
