went in for lunch and the server got the order completely wrong. I asked for a breaded chicken sandwich & another server brought me just a plate of chicken. After I pointed & told my original server what I want. Why you you bring out a plate of breaded chicken to a costumer? You really think that’s what someone is gonna eat? While everyone got their food I was still waiting on my sandwich. My sister also never received her drink. 25-30 minutes go past and I still haven’t received my sandwich. When trying to tell the girls I didn’t want it anymore, they acted like nothing happened when clearly the server WROTE DOWN THE ORDER!! Those little girls were so rude and disgusting. On top of that while waiting for my sandwich 3 other costumers received their food by the same server. Ridiculous!!!!!!!! As for everyone else plate, The Mofongo was dry and the chicken had no meat on it. Only straight bones.

My first time trying.. Excellent services & clean & comfortable seating area. When you dine in, they bring you real plates to eat on. But I still prefer Popeye or KFC for the Fried Chicken & French Fries.

I have been a customer for many years, and the food is very delicious, lately I have been eating and the food has changed, very bad, salty, sometimes greasy raw rice and my health is not very good to eat that way. And I walked away and was saddened by those changes.The horrible food, think carefully before buying or dining at that restaurant.
I ordered some pig's feet and they were damaged, they told me they would exchange them for something else and I asked for tripe…. 10 dollars for a large portion and see in the video what I got…. Of rage.
