Prices on the menu are not the actual prices they charge (which is illegal) and they didn’t have alot of the items on the menu. When i spoke to the manager about it, she said the new menus haven't arrived and she couldn't do anything about the check. The churrasco was cold and dry, definitely not worth the price they are charging. The waitress did provide good service and was very attentive. It's not worth my time to go back.

This is the WORST La Caridad restaurant ever. They NEVER have what I ordered and I have ordered from here several times. They don't even have the decency to call and let you know before traveling to the restaurant to pick up your order. They never offer anything for the inconvenience or do any price adjustments. The last time I ordered they had over 6 hours until closing and still stated they were out of almost everything. I will never order from here again. Do yourself a favor and order from ANYWHERE else!

Went in today with my family to eat some food. My grandparents came from out of town and wanted to est here because they used to love the food and service here. Food has gone down flavor is not there any more, not bad but not as good as it used too be. Main issue and reason for the 1 start review is we got our food to go and in that food was the rest of my grandpa's salad when we got to the house and he went to eat the salad he bit into something and when he checked to see what it was it was a bunch of plastic that was put into the salad. Main concern is the plastic could have held raw food and the bacteria from the plastic could be threatening especially since its in my grandfather's food. The waitress that took care of us was nice but it took her a long time to get to us and get our orders and to do her job right but I figured its only because every one else was just hanging around chatting while she was probably the only one actually working. Quality for this place has drastically gone down. I did take pictures of the plastic found in the salad. I hope nobody gets sick from eating that salad.

Went in and asked for flan, 2 employees immediately started laughing and making fun of me to the point that the cashier told them to stop. That wasn’t cool. So unprofessional and stupid of them to do especially with what’s been going on in the world and community.
