I walked into the store and was immediately hit with a stench it smells like pure sewage I ordered ice cream and it was good but I couldn’t stand the smell the workers were lovely I can’t imagine how bad the smell is for them.

I'm shocked to see that some people have had unpleasant experiences here. I have been getting my cakes from here for about 10 years. They follow my order perfectly every time. My cakes are always beautiful with great attention to detail. Besides the cakes, the soft serve ice cream variety is great! Pistachio is a personal favorite. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful. This is the only Carvel location I go to. Thank you for great service and great desserts!

The ice cream is always delicious but the owner really needs to clean and improve the outside of the store. Additional seating would be welcomed.

This Carvel location is the best!! I’ve been coming here for 25 years. The service is EXCELLENT and the employees are ALWAYS FRIENDLY!! They even go out of their way and are very accommodating.

I had called 10 minutes prior to ask if they was still open Luca the worker said he would take my order over the phone He had went ahead and told me He could make 2 cups and two cones Which I agree I gave him my flavors and toppings and repeated myself almost 3 times and then he decided to grab a pen and paper and write it down after the 3rd time I had told him that I am walking there and I am pregnant so I may be a little slow When I had got there, my cones were in cups with brown paper, napkins on top And they were also melted like they were put in the freezer one minute before I had gotten to the ice cream place I had gone in and expressed my discontent the coworker Sophia came out of nowhere being rude just like Luca!!! He had told me he “ was feeling generous “ when he took my order but didn’t tell me he would let my cones melt and leave them in a cup with napkins very gross Bad service and bad children with attitudes pimple patches and braces 0/5 stars I’m very disappointed and unhappy

Turn the AC on for your employees!!!! Other than that, 5 stars for sprinkles on my caramel sundae and I requested no cherry. Friendly staff deserve good AC and not to be sweating while working.
