I really like this store. It’s clean, tidy, and has a wide variety. They often have some different creative ideas. I can buy different styles every time I go there. Whenever I pass by, I will go into this store to take a look, and every employee is very friendly. Very friendly and patient. My daughter didn't know what to eat. She took her time and didn't rush us. She also very friendly recommended every flavor to the children. The happiest thing today was buying Easter bunnies, four in a box, very cute. It’s so cute that my daughter can’t bear to eat it. The owner of this store is really attentive to his business. I will recommend this store to my friends. It’s worth coming?

I preordered cute pastel color Easter novelty icecream cups (as shown on carvel website). They made me something that looked like oldman rabbits. No time to get new ones made. And they were short with me during the entire process.

I took my son and his friend for some ice cream on a Saturday night and I didn’t like this carvel at all. The girl behind the counter was nasty to the kids and the overall atmosphere wasn’t welcoming or friendly. The guy wasn’t much better, both were rude as if they were doing the kids a favor. I definitely will never return and I suggest you go to a different location if you crave Carvel.

Fairly standard Carvel. Not a ton of flavors, but they have the standards. They also do great custom cakes. It's a pretty old store, but it gets the job done!

People working there was nice. Price is a bit high for pre-packaged. The ice cream sandwiches is the only thing I get. Every thing else is a bit high for my taste.

Staff is friendly and ice cream is good. Sometimes I take a while to choose flavors, nobody here will rush you to get an order in.

Here's the revised version:"I've been there several times with the family for simple orders of ice cream. Nothing special. However, our last experience was abysmal. A new employee had no idea how to add up an order and placed my daughter's small Sundae in a larger cup, presumably so it wouldn't drip on the floor. They ended up charging me $19.57 for a small and medium sundae with 3 toppings each. After I returned to question this absurd amount, another girl alleged that we bought 3 sundaes. I said no, we bought 2. The new girl put my daughter's sundae in a small cup in another cup. She didn't believe me and said to go get the cups. After having to retrieve the cups from the garbage and my wife explaining what happened, they still didn't believe us and started questioning my 6-year-old daughter. My wife finally nailed down another employee who saw what happened, and he said that they put the small cup in a larger cup. Instead of exercising good customer service for a $4.00 ice cream, they gave a half-assed apology and had the nerve to question why I was angry. I was damn angry because you're wasting my time with your mistake, questioning my daughter, and making me go into the garbage for cups that won't prove anything. Instead of simply accepting my statement and exercising good customer service, they went to absurd lengths to try to prove themselves right and failed. Complete B.S."
