Honestly it’s so sad to see a location in which the employees don’t care at all about working there and their service and not only that, having the store close a full hour before the time that’s mentioned on google. Like I can understand that buisness can be slow and to save money they want to close earlier, but a full hour before???!!! Come on, I mean you want more customers and not thinking that so many customers are craving a late snack and want ice cream or carvel, but clearly the owner of this location must be fine closing everyday earlier and earlier and that is why the business is how it is and how it is. This place needs more people that love the brand and love their job!! I really wish carvel HQ would visit this location and see how terrible it is. Or if not just close down and don’t even bother being open anymore!! Instead i went with a huge crowd to McDonald’s around the corner and had a great McFlurry and great service!

Don’t kno if theyre just in a bad mood or angry all the time but they served us like they hated us. My wife asked for a taste of rum raisin (after ordering a dasher) and they gave her a single raisin on a spoon. Super unprofessional. Wouldn’t go back

Horrible service and horrible prices to match. I thought you couldn’t get worse than Dunkin’ Donuts in customer service but these guys have done it

I stopped by for a small ice cream cake. There was a good variety of cakes to choose from and candle selection. The counter person icing piped the writing very nicely and centered.Spacious shop with daily specials for shakes and frozen treats.

I understand working with the public is difficult and everyone has a bad day. We went to this location to get some ice cream after having dinner nearby. We asked a simple question about the cones versus the cups and the gentleman behind the counter proceeded to look at us like we should have known the answer before we ask the question. He was rude and condescending. Needless to say we will not be returning to this location to fulfill our ice cream cravings.
