I love Carvel, was super excited to learn there is Carvel right by my house but... whoa update your menu, not write the new prices in small print underneath the original menu reflecting a completely different price... $10 for large cup of 3 scoops that I thought was $7.99 as priced in original menu (and it's not like they have super fun flavors or they jam-pack your cup). Their dulce de leche was soo good though!

Carvel Corporate needs to evaluate this franchise location!! I wish I could give zero stars.
1) I asked for a sample of the pistachio soft serve for my son bc he likes pistachio ice cream but soft serve tastes different. Guy tells me no. Can’t have a sample.
2) Order two kids cups with toppings. 1 small cup no toppings. He charges me $19.87. When I ask why it’s more than what’s posted he points to a tiny sign bottom left of the case with pricing for ice cream versus the giant sign hanging above the case which doesn’t specify soft serve ice cream pricing only.
3)The coffee ice cream was freezer burnt as soon as I took a spoonful.
4) The guy has a NASTY attitude.
Would rather spend the extra money at Cold Stone or Max & Mina’s.

Don’t go…Don’t go.. Worst place to buy ice cream in nyc queens. I bought small cups of soft ice cream in 2 different stores. This place cost $6.80 and small portions of ice cream. Cash price and card prices different. Dog walking around everywhere disgusting.

Nice customer service. Place clean and organized. Had a waffle cone with 3 scoops of vanilla .it was delicious. Price for icream not what it use to be. Expensive.

Please read before going: this cost $9.50 the small cup is $6 and $1.50/topping I have never in my life been to a Carvel with such high prices Also, they have a dog running around the store. Not sure how sanitary that is

My friend treated me to a Vanilla Milkshake. Owner said he had no vanilla. The milkshake was watery and the ice cream separated from the milk. Never had anything this bad. I will never go there again.
When you come here be respectful...don't come thinking you own the place....the owner is like the character in Kill Bill ....Pai Mei...show respect you get respect....great service master 👏

The ice cream here is fantastic. The parking is absolutely terrible. The staff is very nice and friendly and usually gets you what you want however it is extraordinarily costly to get ice cream at Carvel.
