Ordered steak flautas thru seated.com that brought me to allsetnow.com to place an online order. On my way to pick it up they never confirmed the order. I got there and didn't know about it and didn't even have the grill on to cook. After about 15 mins of waiting for the food I was told they didn't have the fries that I ordered and would be given a refund thru the app. Got home started to eat and the steak was inedible. Hard and chewy just horrible. About 8 hrs later they finally confirmed and closed the order online without the refund I was told I would get. Never again.

Good authentic Mexican food, but you should NEVER order delivery. They always take way over an hour, even though I live five minutes away. Today I ordered delivery, and asked for a quesadilla Al Pastor (which is normally what I order) and waited over an hour and what I got was Carnitas. Called and see if I could get another delivery, they basically told me they'll get to it when they get to it, because they were busy. Apparently they never got to it, because it never came. Don't think I'm gonna order from them again.

This a great local Mexican spot. Looks to be family run. The Tortas and cemitas are bangin and priced fairly. The tacos aren't bad either. Their decor is welcoming and bright and colorful.

Food used to be good, everytime i order tostones they say they do not have it. or are too lazy to do it or just do not want to do it, whatever the case just take the tostones out of the menu and that is it!!!!

I was in the neighborhood and decided to try it out. So a quesadilla doesn't have cheese in it but they still call it a quesadilla. It's basically a big taco. I asked for cheese they said $3 more. Then the cook in the kitchen began to scream out saying the cheese is expensive and what do people expect. The flavor of the alps stir was good but since the cook was so nice (not) I will not be coming back here. If you're in the neighborhood just go to bushwick taco next door. Try the pupusas too further down the block.

This place has absolutely amazing food. The guacamole is outstanding and the carnitas is to die for. Only reason I'm leaving off one star is for the wait time. If you're quotes 20 minutes, you'll definitely be waiting 35. Other than that it's my favorite place to get take out around the area.

The food is soooo good here but my god the customer service sucks! They frequently run out of things on the menu but don’t take them off the menu. I waited an hour for my food, called and was told it was left outside with no phone call or doorbell. I called delivery.com & 10 mins later the delivery guy came. Don’t make your delivery guys do your dirty work be honest with your customers please!I would love to continue to order here because the food is one of the best in the area but I can’t. Maybe the service is better at the restaurant.

This place far exceeds the quality and taste of the chain restaurant bushwick taco place - which unfortunately opened next door.Casa Coriz, is fresh home made and full of flavor, and has a LOT of options on the menu! Maybe they could benefit from pairing down the options, just to make ordering easier. But so far everything I’ve tried from soups to tacos to flautas are fresh and delicious and don’t taste like the cardboard versions next door. They could also greatly benefit from a better/cozier outdoor seating area/design - maybe put some gates up and with a little awning or umbrellas. It seems like a family operation and I highly recommend supporting them, their food is Excellent. Sometimes they’re short staffed, but I do hope people rally around them because the taste level is far beyond the place next door!

Waited about 40 plus minutes in this place for an order that usually takes max and I repeat max about 20 minutes somewhere else on a busy day. I ordered a Cemita de Cecina which I was charged for and ended getting a Torta de Bistec instead when I opened the bag. To finish it off the steak had a rubbery and flavorless taste. Also the ingredients tasted old. Highly disappointed and I’m never coming here again. Eat at your own risk.

Extremely rude service. I visited to pickup an order and walked into the staff arguing. They didn't stop when I came in and the manager proceeded to fire the employee in front of me.In addition to this, I have ordered delivery previously and specifically requested not to have sour cream on my order Bc I am allergic and instead I get the sour cream piled on. When I called to inform them of this, I was told I needed to pay extra (an option that is not available on Grubhub and would do if needed). The hostess then proceeded to hang up on me even though I called to inform them of the mistake on my order.Too much chaos for this place to even be considered good. They barely put cheese on their quesadillas. If I wanted the extras, I would order a burrito.

The food here is amazing...if you can get it. Twice now when I’ve ordered online I have not heard from them. When you try to call it just goes to a voicemail that is not set up. I love their food but their service is awful! So disappointed.

Second time ordering from this place. First time it was great! From customer service to the food quality & how fast they delivered. Today (second time) very bad service. I called at 6pm to place my order; order of enchiladas, one quesadilla, pozole and a cemita. The lady said in 30 minutes it should be out for delivery. 7pm husband is asking when the food is coming. I called and the lady said I just finished packing your food. It is 8pm now and I called once again and again my food is still being packed. If my food wasn’t ready at 7pm when I called the first time she could’ve just said that instead of saying my food was on its way. She was also rude because when I asked how much longer I should wait she replied I don’t know but if you don’t want the food let me know. Now I’m just waiting in hopes I do get my food. I’ll update in a bit.*Update*Called once again because it’s 8:30pm and I still don’t have my food. The lady was tired of me calling. Turns out they lost my ticket(order) so it never got made. The kitchen never got my order. I asked her why would you tell me my order was ready the last few times I called? I would repeat my order and she would I guess pretend to check the orders and say “yeah I just finished bagging your order it’s on it’s way” 3 times she said that. Now I call and my order was never made, GREAT! Her only answer was “do you want the order or cancel it?
