Play audio atmosphere is a mess - conflicting music and loud. Food portions are much lower than 3-6 years ago (i used to get two meals out of it ; now, just one).

Came here at 8pm last night for there to be completely wiped out on every protein except chicken. Aside from that, the workers skimp on portions like it’s coming out their paychecks. How I ask for both beans and you give me half a spoonful of each? This location & the 82nd one has to be the worst chipotle’s to exist on this entire planet.

Ordered Uber eats kids chicken taco and they left out the chicken. Only cheese and sour cream with 2 hard shells. Couldn't even eat it

No food, no service , the restaurant was open but the place was terrible , employees no working just acting!!! My terrible experience in this location was on June 22 around 9:15 pm !!!!! PLEASE TAKE ACTIONS, I love chipotle stop disappointing good customers , thank you !

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this place forced me to. Staff was rude n ignored me. Food was nasty. Don’t come here. Avoid this place at all costs.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Staff had a terrible attitude — no help, no basic human decency. Portion was a joke — barely half a bowl. Food was cold, tasted weird, and nothing was fresh. Whole experience was trash.

avoid the place if possible, they serve half spoon of meat, little food but full price, and isn't the 1st time when they do that,apparently they are doing this all the time

I came to have dinner and I asked for more chicken the girl that was helping me gave me mad attitude for not reason like im paying almost $20 for a plate, it looks like they don't like to cook at night so they get bother when you ask for more. Customer service has to improve.the cashier name Jesica was nice tho, it was the other girl and her nasty attitude.

I came in today. There was only one man eating. I ordered my food. Of course sparse on the rice. I went to get napkins and a fork. That area alone was nasty. Garbage in front of the area where the drinks are on the floor. Forks just everywhere outside of where they should be. The tables right behind it needed to be wiped down. There was a lot of garbage and just empty red baskets. With it being slow one person could have just did a clean up. The food was not even hot. I only walked 4 blocks home. Too many chewy pieces of steak in the steak bowl.

Very bad service the cashier was very rude to my youngest daughter today at 7:00 pm and very rude teaching her coworker how to handle the cash register.They do not work with pleasure.

I was there today I ordered to go, the portion was half the plate, not even for one person. I don't think I'll return to that establishment, Northern Boulevard in Jackson Heights,

If you want your money's worth don't go to this location. They serve 1/2 a dish. Best location gor Chipotle is in Elmont! $45.00 for 1 Poppi can, 2 chips and 1 Oz of corn mix! Way over priced!
