We had Sidney ‘s birthday party of 30 people on Saturday ! Wow ! Chuck E time was super memorable- Sidney loved that so much . All of our guests appreciated your effort too .

The host did not explain everything in order to give us a more pleasant and time effect party.The food toke forever to get to the table and when it finally got there we were rushed. Then he disappeared When he showed up at the end we ask for a refill but was refused cause our time was up.We had to relocate to another table to continue to eat. I would understand if another party was waiting on the talbe but ther wasn't so why more the us while we were still eating? After paying then I realized they never bought the dipping dots that i was bill for. Even the pic with chuck and the tickets blast they wanted to do all the party at the same time which cause overcrowding at times.The space between table is so narrow that only one person at a time can talk though the ilse. I also feel if you're booking an unlimited party package one should no have to pay extra for each child to play in the bounce house.over all customers service horrible.

Relatively good place. Sometimes too packed and you have to wait. Overall one of the best Chucky cheeses I've seen. Some of the other ones in the NYC area are rough

This chuckle e cheese just smelled like feet bathroom were nasty.

I like the place but one thing I don not like is the workers at jumping don’t put atention to the children also they let A big children like 15 years old is too big for the children have 3 a 5 years

Service is never good. To many embarrassed teenagers working here. We need real adults.

It nice but the rugs need to be taken out because it stinks and the whole place gets too hot and stinky that they need to have the ac on all the time because of the germs and funk please remove the rug and put one ac to have the place stay cold because it too hot and nasty

Many games to play and perfect place for family time.

My son enjoyed his birthday party and so did the family and friends we plan on coming back next year

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I ordered a simple small cheese pizza and waited for over an hour. Every time I went to the staff they'd give this terrible attitude and tell me two more minutes. It wasn't just me. There were others standing outside the window who hadn't recieved their orders. Some recieved the wrong orders and instead of admitting their mistake the staff would just brush it off. I would definetly give zero stars if I could. Do not order from here if you want an hour and a half wasted.

I recently booked my 3 year old's birthday party here and it was awesome! Booking online was super simple, the event was fun and organized, I didn't have to worry about decor or cake. I got to enjoy my child and our guest. The playground is new and the games are all updated and fun!

My child loves this place. Good for kids to have some fun while most of the places want children to behave like an adult. But they need to work on employee service as some employees are very rude & also makes me wait at counter always with a child while they are busy talking. I would give 5 stars otherwise for the place itself. Some Hispanic girls employee are also very rude including the lady manager. This girl was very rude with me couple times.

Workers are extremely slow. Unattentive and sometimes rude . where you eat has a very bad foul smell hardly any cleaning taking place at this location
