I was playing with my child inside and had my phone stolen. When I asked the staff if they could help me retrieve the surveillance video to view it, they refused and had a bad attitude. They also claimed that there was no manager at work and they didn't want to help

Great little place to play with the kids. They have special times for children with sensory needs. The arcades and games are ok, it takes a lot to win the great prizes. The trampoline area is fun. Workers are friendly, welcoming and provide a great atmosphere and experience.
Definitely for anyone under 5 years old.

Standard chuck e cheese for the most part, it is slightly better than others.

I like this chuck e cheese its cleaner than others but needs more option for the smaller kids. And now there is a security guard who interferes with the little kids. Little kids are going to take the balls and want to run around the security should go worry more about the bigger kid section.
