Place gets jammed packed that even during the cold it’s extremely crowded and you can feel the hot air in the room. Weekends are super busy no tables and places to sit because they are all occupied. Ninja Run and Trampoline get so crowded with kids that they set limits to go in and kids have to make line to go in. They also stop selling Wristbands to do the extra events when it’s over capacity. I recommend coming early on weekends and anytime weekdays to avoid such issues. The Security lady needs some customer service skills. I took these pictures at 8:30pm when it’s was less cream but I have been here since 3pm.

My daughter wanted the purple chucks cheese whistle which worth 30points, but the staff behind the counter said those are for display. They only offer blue and pink. How could you attract more kids when you don’t even want to fulfill their wants???? She was very upset after a few trys. The floor Matt needs to be cleaned too, it smells like stinky feet. Don’t recommend this place!!!!

It is very conveniently located. The area is very huge. In my opinion Chuck e cheese himself could be more enthusiastic. And there could be more staff to help behind the counters.

I personally liked it. It was clean and fun what kind off is a throw off is that they have more games for older kids but fewer games for younger kids but overall it was fun for the kiddos. The food was really good but it did take a long time to get. The food is also kind of pricey in my opinion, I also recommend the warm cookie! I would 10/10 go again as it’s a nice way to go with the kids.

Nice place, very big so the children can play a lot! I went to a birthday party and everything was great but the mouse's attitude when he came out to participate with the children was terrible! The rest is excellent!

There was a mix up with our pizza order that someone else accidentally took and it was over an hour waiting for one pizza, but the staff and manger went above and beyond to make it right. Good customer service.
It was a great place for a small party with friends the foods good games fun almost no messes but there were 3 girls in the boys bathroom. Why I don't know but that's realy all most games are working with 1 or 2 out of commission and my high score on iceball I'd still there I dare you to beat it 42 thousand.

My kid (5) really likes it. We got the stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. Staff were helpful and nice. The reason I took a star off was cause the bathrooms were gross

I took my son here for a good time which wasn’t the case. I lost my work phone. Customer service wasn’t no help and also hard to reach. The price for food n games ridiculous for that small space. The employees have no zero care or control of the atmosphere. All and all I said say avoid this place I made the mistake.

Great indoor playground, especially for raining days

We go so many times all year round and everything is always great, especially now that they have a new trampoline and ninja run, my son loves it and we are sure that our son is safe and has a lot of fun and so do we??
