A humble place with crowded seating. The coconut pot had about 1/3 water in it before a waitress added two coconuts, so it tasted bland when it boiled for the first time. We paid for an extra coconut when we finished the first round of chicken, that's when the soup started to taste good. I've had better, but it's good enough in New York.

I came here after seeing that it was constantly packed whenever I passed by, and I tried their Coconut broth with Chicken Hot Pot- I was disappointed. The first bite or two was ok, but as you keep eating, it turns into a very flavorless meal. I didn't taste any hint of coconut, and the broth was insanely oily. To be honest, the broth could've been just plain water and I wouldn't have noticed. The sides that came with it, didn't add anything to the meal itself. The taro however, was quite yummy. For $110, I expected better. To be clear, this was what I ordered for $110: -Coconut Chicken broth base for 4 people ($89.95) -Taro -Coconut Pudding (small) -Coconut Milk The sauces were weak- the most flavorful thing was the garlic and chili (I mean out of the entire meal). They also didn't provide any water- which I found really odd. You'll only get water if you ask for it (so be sure to do that). Lastly, the service is quite slow. I found myself constantly repeating myself to the waitress who took my order. I would not come again. My parents had similar views on this as well. I ended up going home and eating a sandwich because it was the most unsatisfying meals ever.

I went here recently, particularly because I wanted to try their coconut broth with chicken dish. I ordered that and their Hainan chicken. Hainan chicken- chicken was juicy, rice was bland and boring. Coconut broth with chicken- chicken tough and overcooked, slight coconut flavor, not very pronounced however it was also very oily, coconut was more garnish than anything. Tasted like chicken broth with some coconut oil thrown in. Not worth it. Overall: The food overall was not that good, will not go to again.

Waiter didn't send in my order and proceeded to lie to me that it was just a slow kitchen. Had to cancel a dish since it was taking more than an hour to deliver. It is one thing to have some kitchen delays, and another thing to lie to customers. Will not return or recommend.

Delicious Hainanese chicken rice. And a fantastic price!! The wait was long for an indoor so make sure you count for that. We ended up sitting outside because we were hungry. We got the coconut chicken hotpot. It wasn't my favourite, but pretty good. I would personally just order the Hainanese chicken from here!

This place has the WORST SERVICE ever! Rude staffs! They love making their customers wait a long time before seating them. And take forever to serve the food! As we waited, they used 2 Empty tables to place take out orders Instead of giving it to the customers. Along with two tables in the back that they use to PREPARE the take out! Why does the take out need to take up 4 tables??? They rather make the customers wait longer!! This is place is a joke. They don't know how to manage a restaurant at all. Refusing to ever come here again! This place don't care about their client. So Disappointed!!!!!

Been there twice. Really love their coconut chicken hotpot. Make sure to drink the soup before you put extra stuff in. They use real fresh coconut water and the taste is savory and sweet, perfect combo. The outdoor dining is nice as it could get pretty hot and steamy indoor.

I had the hotpot and I liked how the broth tasted so unique as they use coconut water.

Amazing soup, the flavor is tasty but not greasy. The restaurant is not big but very new and clean. The service is good. Highly recommended!!!

I haven't had a hotpot in a long time. Good hotpot place. I ordered the coconut hotpot for two and it came with half a fresh chicken. It was more than enough food for the two of us.

Food was good, but took forever to get to us. Ordered via Seamless/Grubhub and it took over 2 hours to get to me, and we live less than a 7 minute drive from this place. Every time I called, they told me it would be there in 10 minutes, but that was not true as it took 2 hours to receive the order. They blamed the driver, saying they picked it up and was on the way. When we asked the driver, he said he just received the order and delivered it right away, which means the restaurant messed up. I suggest going to the restaurant to order and pick up, or sit down if you want to try this spot.
