The atmosphere and service is great! It's just I am lactose intolerant and I specifically ordered a Oat Milk Latte but I was given a Regular Milk Latte causing extreme stomach pains. I wish they would making write it on the coffee cups or add coffee stickers on the cups because I don't think the cashier told the batista or forget to. So the batista didn't know 😅

I ordered coffee shaved ice twice in the same week at the same place. Can you see the difference? The coffee shaved ice with Indian rice and coffee jelly that I ordered around the afternoon of 5/17 was so delicious that I was very satisfied and ate it. It was made by a young woman who works there.
The second ice cream topped with small chocolate chips was made by two men working around 8-9pm on May 20th. For some reason, the strawberry shaved ice that the person in front of me ordered seemed very shabby, but I thought it would be okay and ordered it, but the moment I saw it… That's just a coffee ice shave and it's so tasteless... I forced myself to eat it a few times and threw it away.
If you want to get the same price, I would like you to do some training. When I showed him old photos, he made excuses. Didn’t you put that chocolate on it? I'm out of coffee jelly. This is not only coffee jelly, but it tastes absolutely delicious and is the worst shaved ice. When there are two men working, never order shaved ice. You can drink specialty coffee without having to leave Manhattan. The price is also 1 dollar cheaper than in Manhattan.A cafe must be good at selection and concentration. When I visited this cafe, I was shocked to see them making iced coffee. They mixed instant coffee with the coffee they had made the day before, left it at room temperature, and then gave the cooled coffee to the customer. They also used iced coffee that had been 3 days old. It wasn't sanitary. I also saw the poured iced coffee being put back into the container. I'm worried, it didn't taste good and I saw that it had coffee grounds on it when making espresso. The space where the employees work also doesn't seem to be clean. These days, cafes in Flushing try to maintain high quality by using coffee beans from good specialty brands, but I think it would be difficult to recommend this cafe to those around me.
Like other specialty cafes, I want to enjoy good quality coffee even if it takes time.
