When I visited this place, the quality of the food that came out first was very poor. The dish was completely frozen, so cold that it hurt my teeth when I bit into it. Even the braised mackerel was cold. The wasabi they initially served didn’t taste like wasabi at all, and only after we asked to change it did they bring out proper wasabi. The quality of the sashimi was also disappointing, and we left most of it uneaten. I will never go back, and when I asked for the check, they charged us the full price with no discount whatsoever. If you’re considering visiting this place, I recommend thinking twice.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my meal. The hot dish arrived cold, and the side dishes were dry, as if they had been sitting out for half a day due to the fast service. To make matters worse, the caramari was half-frozen, and the server insisted it was supposed to be frozen. I’m not even sure if the sushi or sashimi was fresh at all. I couldn’t finish the entire meal; I felt like we would get sick if we ate their food. But they still charged the full price.
