The weather was cold and we ate the same food, so today I thought of a raw fish restaurant. I came here after looking around for reviews on Google Maps. Even from the outside, it looked like a good restaurant and it had a great atmosphere from the moment you entered. Even before I ordered, porridge and side dishes were served as appetizers, but I think the warm barley tea was the best.? Live fluke + assorted raw seafood $129.95 / 2 person? Live octopus $29.95?Hot & cold sake

The food is so crispy and delicious. The service of the employees is the best. I want to come back again.

Recently, my girlfriend and I dined at Dokdoya, opting for the "special for two." While the service was commendable, we unfortunately experienced health issues afterward, specifically diarrhea. Concerned about the food quality, my girlfriend reached out to the restaurant. However, the response was disappointing, as they neither apologized nor showed an inclination to address the concern. Please be aware of this before deciding to dine there.

I was debating whether I should go or not after reading the bad reviews, but it made no sense! If I hadn't come, I would have regretted it ?? First of all, the raw fish is not fresh! When I arrived, it was so full of customers... In terms of turnover… It can't be anything but fresh, the staff are all friendly, especially the soup that comes on the side!!!!! I ordered more without knowing what was happening, but I was really surprised when it came out boiled again in an earthen pot! It's really delicious and especially awesome!!! Wow~~~~ Even if you go looking for a Korean raw fish restaurant in Amman, it's really hard to find such delicious makjang... .. I am very satisfied with everything (even the atmosphere).

I went because I had a lunch date with a friend.Of course, I knew it was a raw fish restaurant, but it was raining and the weather was ghastly, so eating raw fish was a bit difficult.Hamburger steak set meal was on the lunch menu, so I ordered that and came out with pork cutlet.(Everyone can see that it looks like a pork cutlet and even has a pork cutlet sauce)They say they serve fried hamburger steak...This is the first time in my 50 years that I have seen a hamburger steak made with minced meat coated in bread crumbs and deep fried like a pork cutlet.Did it turn out that way on purpose because I ordered an annoying menu, or did it come out that way because there were no ingredients?Hamburger steak is like pork cutletI wondered if I should have mentioned it when ordering in advance if it was fried in a unique way, but I ate it without saying anything.

Very lively when I went with friends during the winter. Got some sushi and sashimi set combo along with the live octopus. While some of the fish seemed fresh - others you could tell came straight from the freezer and wasn’t quite thawed before reaching our table. Live octopus was very fun to eat and an interesting experience.

Just as expected...good food. Not as I expected...great service. Perhaps because we was the only table. We went for lunch as soon as they open. Definitely will go back.

It’s Dokdoya that came with my husband after traveling to New York from Canada!I ordered raw fish, 2 servings of seafood combo, and anago sashimi, and it was really good for the price. They said the anago raw fish was frozen, but it was savory and delicious than I thought. The food before the meal was neat, there were many varieties, and the service was kind. If I pay in cash, they deduct the tax. I paid 240 dollars for the food and tips. If I ordered this much food in Canada, it’s well over 350 dollars. I hope your business is prosperous!

Among the best dining experiences I've had. Food and the service were outstanding, good mix of seafood and meat that can please a variety of different tastes. I personally had the dry aged prime rib eye steak, which was cooked perfectly medium rare as any proper steak should be served. I will definitely visit again.

We got the assorted sashimi set for 2 and it was honestly a lot of food! We also got the raw octopus because we’ve always wanted to try it and this was one of the few spots that I could find that serves it. There was a good assortment of sashimi and it was very super fresh and delicious! Highly recommend this spot to others who are looking for high quality sashimi/Korean food!
