Terrible customer service.
Absolutely terrible. The staff at this location has no basic understanding on how to treat customers, talk to their customers and handle any sort of pushback.

More than 1 hour to deliver my pizza, it got super cold, i saw the guy driving all around queens for more than 1 hour. Crazy.

They were super lazy with my order . I ordered BBQ chicken they made premium chicken on my order. And it was super big on the pizza with only a few pieces. Then I asked the driver what do I do when u guys bring the incorrect order. He says “I’m just the driver”. No help what so ever. Or information.

Long time wait, and I got the lava cakes is burned
There was like no sauce on the pizza. Didn't have the garlic on the crust. One of the worst pizzas I've gotten from any Domino's in the country and I travel all over.

Maddening experience.
Their website showed that my late pizza was supposedly already delivered, but it turned out their driver was still at least 25 minutes away (which I had no way of knowing).
I tried calling the store for an explanation and ended up trapped in an automated response maze that kept me on the line for 15 minutes without hearing a single live voice. I eventually just gave up and drove to the store, at which point I was informed the driver was about 5 minutes away from our home. I told them to cancel the order and demanded a refund.
I will certainly never order from this location again or any other Domino's if this is what I can expect from their model of servicing orders. I haven't been so angry over lousy customer service in a long time.

Rude rude rude. They take forever to answer the phone. When they do answer they don’t even help you with the order. The app said it delivered and I was standing outside of my house to check and it never arrived. I called the store on a really long wait for them to just answer and then they told me that it’s on the way it’s not delivered. So why would the app reflect something that is t true??? The app said it delivered but you haven’t delivered the pizza?? I don’t understand. No one likes to work anymore. The same problem everytime with this store. I am not ordering from this location.
When i order from bell blvd other than from here, it's noticeable how much they skimp on the toppings.
