If I could give no stars I would...they took over an hour to deliver 2 pies and on of the pie had a small pebble in it!! Yes a rock in the cheese pizza! Omggg! What's going on here!

The food isnt as bad as their customer service. They refuse to modify orders in order to add a coupon. They offer no solution. 0 stars for customer service.

Terrible, ordered online didn’t get order almost an hour later. The pizza was cold
Ordered food at 630pm.... they showed up 90 minutes later, refused to come into the building, & gave me the wrong order... The food looked terrible 🤢🤮 Called them & was told to keep the pizza I have. Huh?? No. Then was told to wait on the corrected delivery for another 30 or so minutes by the manager. Called back an hour later, they said it was ten minutes away.... another hour later, I called ten times with no answer just to get my cash refund. Finally someone picked up around 1130pm & hung up the phone after saying the manager is gone for the night. Not gonna say what comes next here, but you might see it on the news. They got the wrong one. WORST place ever!

I ordered a pie for pickup on Super Bowl Sunday and estimated wait time was 34-44 minutes. After 1 hour of waiting, I went into the store to see what number my order was on the queue, turns out I was fifth in line. There was another customer with the same name as me who was fourth in the queue. As I was waiting in the store, the customer fourth in queue came in as well and asked to cancel their order. Just looking at the first name, the Dominos worker cancelled mine by accident instead.
As I had waited a whole hour and knowing my order was about to be prepared, I asked the manager if I could have my order reinstated in the queue, and was turned down. Unprofessional staff with no consideration for customer satisfaction or experience.
I won’t be ordering from here again

Worst experience ever! Please don't waste your time here!!! My teacher ordered pizza for our class, in celebration for our accomplishments. We had pre ordered our pizza in the morning. We all were so excited and waiting for our pizza however it did not come on time and our teacher had called the place to check on the order. After 45 minutes of being on hold, they finally attended the call. Everyone was very pissed and our teacher clearly said that he wanted his money back, since he had already prepaid for the order. When they finally came outside with the order, the delivery man didn't even know how to reply. We were telling him about our issue and he didn't reply properly. He did not understand English, the language barrier really just made the service even worse. The workers seemed like they could care less. Our classes only last a certain amount of time, because if the delay many kids didn't get to eat, it was super unfair. This place was lucky that some kids had lunch after that class. This experience was the worst and everyone in that class, including the teacher, will never be buying from this place again. Y'all are wack.
Right as I write a 5-star review, this Dominos goes out of its way to screw up. I ordered a pan Extravaganzza and a medium two topping pizza. They make then2 topping on the pan and the Extravaganzza on the hand tossed. OK, fine, just remake them. Nope, they refuse to do that. OK, can I have a 2-liter soda as compensation? Nope, that's too much. OK, now I'm getting really annoyed. Can we have the toppings on the side and added to the pan pizza? Nope, that'll give me two Extravaganzza pizzas. Don't forget this whole time, they're the ones who screwed up a premium pizza. I lose it on them, cursing the general manager out. Finally they cook the toppings on the side and add it to the messed up pan pizza. Seriously, if Dominosnis telling employees to nickel and dime over 50 cents of toppings or sodas when they completely mess up an order, they need to recheck their customer service. It's literally nonsensical what I had to go through just to get my pizza fixed.

This Domino’s store is consistently terrible. The customer service is abysmal, and the delivery is excruciatingly slow. To top it off, the management is incompetent and often unavailable late at night. I’ve received calls an hour after placing an order, only to be informed that they can’t deliver it due to “excuses.” This is one of the worst Domino’s stores I’ve ever had the misfortune of ordering from, despite living nearby and giving them numerous opportunities to improve. Unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing.

One pizza arrived with a missing topping, and the other barely had enough chicken. To top it off, they brought the wrong dip. On the bright side, they did correct the dip mistake, but it took them 45 minutes to bring the right one.

Agree with the other posters. Very poor customer service. They literally served me and ignore me but the person ahead they took. My pizza was just there waiting then the last went to proceed to just make the food. They also forgot my ranch sauce. The Buffalo wings hardly had any sauce too. Prior to that my other order I placed about 3 weeks ago they didn't put sauce with the parmesean bites. They are honestly not nice. I only came here because it's closer to me. Honestly it may be better to go a little further than deal with this. I literally waited 15 minutes for food that was there waiting.

If possible I would give this place zero star. The guy in the front was so rude. I ordered pizza and put the pick up time at 11:15am. He refused to give my order at 11:15am. He said, that was the order time, but I placed the order at 10:09am. It was my son’s birthday and I had to give the pizza at the school. I couldn’t make it. I ordered online and he was saying I don’t know how to order. If this place is franchised store, domino’s should take out the franchise. There is only one person making pizza and this is a very busy place. The person in the front should be kicked out from this store. He doesn’t deserve to work in the customer service. I don’t know why this store is still open because this store is getting bad reviews regularly.
Domino’s should take back the franchise and give it to someone who can handle business.
