Listen. I never ever make reviews about like, fast food places. I go to dunkin every day. THIS dunkin… the drink has been made heavenly. Every time. No idea why. But every single time it’s on point. Enough I’m sitting here writing a review about it.

Really poor English, I wanted ONE triple espresso and got charged for NINE shots.
how do you even make that mistake? I'm one guy, ordering one of the cheapest drinks on the menu and it comes out to $11?
my order was not ambiguous, it was either willfully misinterpreted or the staff both lacks BASIC english AND critical thinking skills for a customer-facing position.
Refunded appropriately though at least.

Terrible Dunkin Donuts location! They moved and upgraded to a new location that is bigger and it is the same bad quality food/drinks. All drinks are watered down and inedible!
Anything you buy with expresso in it doesn't have any expresso whatsoever. All of it is full of sugar and tastes disgusting.
They have no care in making the drinks the right way and with the right amount of ingredients.
A large iced caramel latte is suppose to have expresso and it doesn't have any! Every drink with expresso comes out looking LIGHT!
GAVE THIS PLACE A TRY 10+ TIMES, I won't be going back! STARBUCKS IS WAY BETTER and they care about what they are doing. This place is a no go! 0 STARS IF I COULD!
TERRIBLE PLACE! Terrible preparations, no respect for making the drinks the right way. They water everything down! Good luck staying in business when Starbucks is 2 blocks away!!!

The new space is nice, but there is only one woman there who actually cares about orders going out in a timely manner. Ive waited almost 15 minutes a few times now. It’s honestly really sad and frustrating that they upgraded, got more staff than they had at the old location, and the service is much slower now.

I love the new space.The place is amazing. The coffee was meh. The cashier was so rude. He kept correcting me while I saw the names of the things I was ordering right in front of me. He gave me a negative vibe. He kept doing that with every costumer. Please hire someone who likes the job and knows how to be nice. And definitely teach them how to make coffee correctly.

Update:So far haven't ad really real issues only thing during the week in the mornings when I've gone 7:30-830 there can be an increase of waiting for your order.
I know they recently opened this location. I do say even though it was kinda busy,I did get my order quickly,hope it stays this way.
I ordered 2 ice coffees and a donut.

Coffee is not good compared with other Dunkin’s I’ve been to. You’re better off going to European Coffee Bar down the street.

There’s a rude worker that constantly tells us we have to leave at 9:30pm. She claims they close then even though they close at 10pm. Once she told us TWICE to leave at 9:30pm when it was still 8:50pm.

Absolutely an shocking experience the new Dunkin’ is clean the cashier was nice the drinks were alright and the food was hot. Overall I would say 4.5/5 but honestly it’s one of the cleanest Dunkin’ I’ve been too.
