Listen. I never ever make reviews about like, fast food places. I go to dunkin every day. THIS dunkin… the drink has been made heavenly. Every time. No idea why. But every single time it’s on point. Enough I’m sitting here writing a review about it.
Really poor English, I wanted ONE triple espresso and got charged for NINE shots.
how do you even make that mistake? I'm one guy, ordering one of the cheapest drinks on the menu and it comes out to $11?
my order was not ambiguous, it was either willfully misinterpreted or the staff both lacks BASIC english AND critical thinking skills for a customer-facing position.
Refunded appropriately though at least.

I love the new space.The place is amazing. The coffee was meh. The cashier was so rude. He kept correcting me while I saw the names of the things I was ordering right in front of me. He gave me a negative vibe. He kept doing that with every costumer. Please hire someone who likes the job and knows how to be nice. And definitely teach them how to make coffee correctly.
