I made it very clear that I wanted a large matcha latte with less ice. The ice was full and I drank it slowly and it had melted a little. This is not the first time this has happened. It was the same the last few times I came. I won't come again.

This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I even said “hi, good morning,” but the staff didn’t respond he just stared at me as if to say, “stop talking and just order” and the drinks were way too sweet. I had to throw away two large drinks after just a couple of sips

I love this dunkin, ever since I moved into the neighborhood I have been going here. All the workers know me by now seeing how they immediately give me my items the minute I walk in. I wish I had all the names of my favorite employees so I could add them to the review!!
