Isn't a smile with one's morning coffee what we all want? The service was quick, but the coffee was hot; that left me feeling more like a transaction than a welcome guest. I might have flipped the question of why I should be choosing this Dunkin' over other nearby options. If you are looking for good, consistent coffee and speedy service, this store will do the trick, but if you want friendlier service, you may want to keep looking. .

Terrible customer service! The person taking the order, Fatima, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a small seasonal drink and she charged me for a medium. I knew it was too much and didn’t want a medium, so when i asked her why she charged me for medium, she said there’s no difference in pay just a little more. I didn’t bother arguing then i sat down. After trying the drink i really didn’t like it and barely touched it. I went back to her to ask if perhaps she can give me something else. She proceeded to say “don’t waste my time, you talk to much, go!” I never had customer service like this in my life. It was disgusting and as a regular customer I will never come back.

The worst experience ever! They don't know how to make drinks And the employees hit each other This one older woman with scarf covering on her head , sweating, literally hit the other cashier and pulled her by the arm & then when I told her she made my drink wrong, she yelled at the other girl and then got the manager and told her to give me my money back, & I had to tell the manager I never wanted my money back I just wanted them to make my drink correctly. Do not come here !!
Usually I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts and I never have problems with them. However, today an employee named SYED is acting very unprofessional. Being rude to customers. I work in the food industry and his presence is damaging this place.

This is a fairly large store so there’s plenty room to sit and service is pretty efficient. However, the bathrooms are filthy without TP or soap. When bathrooms are filthy and aren’t cleaned even when staff are told I wonder if the kitchen is clean or if staff wash their hands. I also lower my service rating. My coffee was good but my donut at 11 am was stale
