Came in at 6:33 to order a simple $5 meal deal and a blueberry breeze; did not get my food till after 30mins waiting for 2 wake-up wraps. Almost 5 people came and left while no one was starting on food, all they did was chat for 10 minute and disappeared for 20minute till I asked about my food. This service is unacceptable.

There’s one thing I always make sure to write a one star review for and that’s not allowing customers to use the restroom.
Why NYC allows Dunkin donut to operate without restrooms when this facility has more than ten chairs, there should be no exceptions for any food facilities to not have a restroom for their customers.

Horrible customer service. The coworkers kept talking and joking about the customers. They were taking one order every 10 minutes. I understand their native language so I was quite annoyed by them talking down on their customers

I typically enjoy Dunkin’ for a quick coffee and a place to sit and recharge for a few minutes, but I had a pretty frustrating experience at this location. This particular Dunkin’ has multiple tables and chairs for customers to sit and eat, giving the impression that it’s meant to be a dine-in spot. However, when I asked to use the restroom, I was told there was none available for customer use.
To say I was surprised would be an understatement. In New York City, most food establishments with a decent number of seats are expected to provide restroom access to patrons. This store clearly encourages people to sit and stay—there are several seats, not just a tiny corner table—but apparently, there’s no accommodation for basic needs like using the bathroom.
This becomes even more inconvenient if you have kids, are elderly, pregnant, or simply need to wash your hands before eating. And let’s be real—coffee and no restroom access? That’s a setup for discomfort.
It’s not just about convenience—it’s about common courtesy and customer service. If you’re offering a place for people to sit down and eat, there should be basic facilities available. I would understand if this was a small grab-and-go kiosk or something, but that’s not the case here.
It’s disappointing, especially in a city like New York where walking and commuting are part of everyday life. Sometimes you just need a clean, safe place to take a quick break. Unfortunately, this Dunkin’ misses the mark.
Until they fix this, I’ll be taking my business to locations that actually accommodate their customers beyond just taking their money.

They always get my order wrong here and there’s a nasty attitude by the women that work there. It looks like they don’t want to even be there. Never going to this location unless the owners work on customer service!

The wait time is terrible. I have walked in, and walked out without ordering 3 times now. Waiting for more than 15 mins while they fill mobile orders and serve one person in line every 10 mins. I live nearby and would really like to order from here for convienence but waiting in line for more than 15 mins for a coffee or scoops of icecream is redicous. They really need to have a system, someone ringing up, someone making drinks, someone prepping food, etc. There are 4-5 staff in there at a time so really don't understand why it's like this! #frustrated
