I wasted my time driving here, everywhere it says 24hrs but the guy inside had the door closed and told me by hand signals that is closed, it pissed me off a lot, worse service ever.

I said less ice so they give everything less. Everything is more expensive than ice so you have to pay several nickels more to enjoy a regular coffee from other Dunkins.

Well, if you don’t mind not receiving your order, and having to ask for it several times because they “forgot”. The last time, I ordered a bagel twist —untoasted. The man who took my order could have given it to me then and there, but after I paid, he told me to pick it up at the area where baked items are warmed up—I told him I didn’t want it toasted and he repeated what I said and understood that. After waiting and seeing people who came after me get their orders, I showed another employee behind the counter my receipt and asked him for the bagel twist—he ignored me. The second person I asked, finally handed me my order. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location, so this will be my last visit.

This Dunkin is closed, and maps said it was open. Please update with current hours of operation. Thanks 😊

I had a frustrating experience at Dunkin' Donuts recently. Despite the sign clearly stating they are open 24/7, when I arrived, they told me they were closed. This was extremely inconvenient and misleading. To make matters worse, the employees were inside and refused to serve us. Their behavior was rude and unprofessional, completely ignoring us instead of explaining the situation or offering any assistance. I rely on the advertised hours for my late-night coffee runs, and being treated like this was unacceptable. I won't be coming back if they can't stick to their posted schedule and treat customers with respect. Very disappointing!

Employee served a customer who cut in front of me because they spoke the same language. Better off spending your money at the nearby Starbucks.

Ordered online 1 mocha iced latte with less ice. They gave milk with mocha syrup and ZERO Expresso. It literally tasted like chocolate milk plus they didn’t put less ice. The other Dunkin store nearby is bad as well.

Came here about 2 times so far and just be careful to check your bag before you leave... I asked for 2 donuts but they charged me extra for a 3rd that I didn't even order.. Not to mention I gave them a 20$ and they gave me incorrect change on both occasions. It's more worth it to walk to the DD near the fire department.

I have gone here twice. Picked up a large tea. And instead of Tea they filled it with coffee.Last time I showed up I ordered a Large Refresher on the app they didn't have it when I got to the store and would not give a refund when requested.

I sad less ıce, probably they understood less latte. Bad service and bad taste. it's so hard to find a good dunkin these days
