They upsold me some dumb coupon, and it only applied to medium hot coffees with no milk or flavors? So I paid for a piece of paper that I can't use? Idiocy

I went inside, with a bright smile with my daughters and sister. Asked for my order and 2 refreshers… I clearly said STRAWBERRY! And the guy who works there gave me MANGOS!!!! I said I’m allergic to mangos!!! He said under his breath “I DONT CARE” I said what it is a different price for the strawberry? He said no “ I already made it “ YET MY MOM WENT INSIDE AND ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND HE SNATCH THE DRINKS OFF MY MOM HANDS…. Do not go there at all !!!!! STAY AWAYYYYYY

Always giving stale bagels. Hard as a brick. If your black stay away from here. They try and give black old stuff and their prices are too high.

Always brought from this Dunkin however today, I entered, cashier was finishing up with customers. I was next.. she didn't even acknowledge me. I was only one in the store after the customers front of me left..Spend $10 on a large smoothie and waited for 7 min and 50 seconds before she acknowledge me. She acknowledge me when another employee told her that she has a customer waiting. Not gonna say the name but I'm shocked because the fact that I had no issues until today

The wait was incredibly long as the male staff taking the orders was slow. This was fine as I was in no rush to be anywhere. When it was finally my turn, I ordered the Frozen Matcha Latte. I am extremely lactose intolerant. Just to confirm, I asked, "that comes with milk, right?" The young male employee stated in a snarky manner, "yes, obviously." This was also fine. However, I watched this young male employee put whole milk in the cup with ice. He then adds a splash of oat milk in the cup. This employee proceeds by placing ice, matcha, and cold brew in a blender. A female employee informs him that I ordered a frozen matcha latte and that's not how it's made. The male employee responds back in a foreign language, and continues blending it all together, pours it in a cup and hands me this drink.Waiting was fine. Snarky attitude and response, I can tolerate. But insulting my intelligence by handing me a drink that was made completely wrong, and thinking I'm too stupid to notice - that is not ok. When the female employee addressed this issue with him, he should've thrown out the drink and made it correctly. I specifically asked for oat milk for a reason. I specifically asked for a frozen matcha latte instead of a cold brew matcha concoction for a reason. When customers ask for whole milk to be replaced with oat milk, there's good reason for it. Above all, I am floored by the fact that this employee thought it ok to give a customer exactly what they did NOT ask for - assuming the customer is too much of an idiot to notice the difference.

Weird experience, woman began taking my order but fumbled it little, no big deal, she went to make the coffee then stops to have conversation with another coworker mid, so couple minutes in it the guy at counter sees me watching her talk n not giving me order nor did she take payment, the guy came over and took coffee from her, got me a tray cuz it was multiple coffees then took my payment as she continued conversation with other coworkee, very weird how she jus did that. I have to get to work but wanted to say something but didn't, grateful to the guy worker.

Indian guy behind the counter is rude. Totally ignores you even if you’re the only person in the store. Needs to have some training skills to be social. If your that miserable go back to your country and be miserable there.
