I stopped at this Dunkin’ this morning for a quick coffee, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. When I opened my cup, there was a hair floating in it. I showed the worker, and instead of remaking it, he literally fished the hair out and handed the same cup back to me, then just walked away.
I had to stand there for almost 10 minutes trying to get someone else’s attention just to get a new coffee made. Completely unacceptable and honestly disgusting. Do better.

Does the new team know what they’re doing? I ordered a cappuccino online, and when I arrived, there was a latte waiting for me. When I mentioned that my order was wrong, the staff member simply put the latte in a blender and handed me something extremely watery in the cup. I gave up on that one and immediately ordered another one, and guess what? After more than 15 minutes of waiting, he had the nerve to ask if I had placed another order, and I said yes—after all, it should be in the system, right? He then handed me something watery again, with no coffee flavor and more like a chai. So, my question remains: does the new team have proper training, or is it just laziness on the staff member’s part to put a decent shot of coffee? I’ve worked near this place for over two years, and they always delivered good coffee. I politely informed him that my order was wrong, and he just tried to fool me.

You can easily say all Dunkins are the same, but they're not. Every time I visit this one, it's clean and organized. The employees are lovely and very friendly. The food is standard, not much can be done there. But they do get your coffee orders right. This location is nicely sized with a small sitting area towards the back. It's near a high school so I can imagine it would get busy between 2-3pm during the week. However, when I've gone outside of those hours, I'm in and out relatively quickly.

Ordered bacon and hashbrowns. Burnt all the bacon and then dropped it out the bag onto counter and then proceeded to put back into bag and then deny it when I was standing watching.
I ordered 25 munchkins and only got 20. I don't want to go back there to get 5 more munchkins! The lady at cash register didn't even look or say anything when I thanked her.
