This location has the worse service, slow, rude employees, very strange compared to other locations. I ordered a latte and the employee makes it but keeps it hidden like toward the corner I’m like my name on the receipt that is my order then she handed it to me. Never had a good experience here. Ordering ice cream is such a hassle too no one wants to make your order.

Before covid and during, this was the best dunkin by far. I travel to city everyday and I would make sure to go here. Now, I wait 15 min or more, everyday for my mobile order and maybe 60% of the time it's wrong. this is the most convenient stop but I will be going elsewhere from now on.

It has good latte drink! With a special flavor ingredient that was inside the vanilla latte "hot"! Especially this place has delicious carvel ice cream cakes! Which it's my favorite to have on my birthday in some yrs! Most yrs on my birthday is something else! But mostly it's on carvel ice cream cakes!

Been coming to this Dunkin' location for over 10 years and it's always bustling with the Queen's College crowd as patrons. Staff is hard-working and always get my orders filled quickly and accurately. Love these folks! I recommend the cold brew and the Dunkin midnight hot coffee. Use the Dunkin app for the quickest grab and go times.
Clean and well lit. Service was fast and accurate. It's 24hrs but indoor seating closes from 10pm-5am, so you'll have to eat in your car and you will not be able to use the bathroom inside.

Parking: I have never seen it super packed. You should have no problem getting a spot.

This location sucks. Placed an online order for a large coffee. I get there 9 minutes later. They say not ready. The guy takes the next person's order and makes his drink first. Will never go here again
