Overall, I really enjoy Dunkins awesome menu, seating and parking. I recommend the strawberry dragon fruit green tea refresher- my entire grade was begging me to get them ?. There are some workers who are extremely kind and not rude, for instance the worker in the morning. Then, I went a couple of times in the evening and there is a different worker, who is rude and lazy. Im sorry for being so blunt! But other than that, the service, atmosphere, and food was PERFECT! ❤️?

Double check your order, they got all three of my orders wrong, and they made the coffee incorrectly
Don't get the hand-packed quarts of ice cream. It was barely filled. 8.99 for three scoops of ice cream vs 7.99 for pre-packed. I would've gotten the pre-packed quarts but the fridge didn't have the flavor I wanted.

Need more smiles in the server's face. When anyone walk in, they give the look they don't wanna be the store.
Have only come here a couple of times, I had an issue with the taste of an ice cream once and the customer service was incredible. They apologized and remade me a cone. The drinks are good and so are the workers I have no complaints

I’m a very old customer I was treated so bad by one of the worker the old lady name Fahima she was very rude she disrespected me in front of the whole store. All the people were watching me. She raise her voice on me and was very rude..please you guys have to hire professional workers who know how to respect the customer whether it’s a new customer or old customer

Do not go to this dunkin. It is the most expensive out of all the dunkin in the area. They consistently charge $1.50 to $ 2 more than other Dunkin. Also there is this white hair old lady there that is out right racist and rude. She should not be working in any restaurant or retail business. They get business because they are near a highway and near Queens College.
