I ordered a box of Joe and a 50 count of munchkins. I asked for extra cups and the worker said I already gave 10. I said we use the coffee for more than 10 people. He asked how many more I would like and I said 5 and he said that was too many and I was like okay 3. He would only give me 2. Then I noticed I didn't get any milk to go with the coffee, he said he gave me creamer (though last time I was there I was given a cup of milk without even asking). Then I also noticed there were no stirrers so I asked for some and he gave me straws... He also gave no napkins. If I'm paying $50, these items should be a given and there shouldn't be so much push back....

This may have been the absolute worst dunkin experience I have ever had in my entire life!! I came from work expecting to have a smooth experience but I was met with rude and disrespectful employees and the food was carelessly prepared. I walked into the establishment as per usual and immediately I noticed the cashier was in a bad mood. I don't expect to be greeted with a smiley face or welcoming attitude but this woman was a whole different story. She began yelling at numerous teenager when they were clearly not causing a disturbance. The woman was especially targeting the darker skinned students, treating them with such a condescending attitude. Overall, I don't reccomend anyone to go to this dunkin unless you want to be met with such a pathetic cashier.

Google says they close at 7 but I went in at 6:18 and the door was open but he told me to leave because they are closed. This isn’t the first time they closed before 7. I even told him Google says they close at 7 but he ignored me.

I clearly ask for a medium size brown sugar 2x express shots w. Extra oat milk. She added Ice cubes & fill up ***half of the regular coffee& then + 1 shot expresso. W. little bit of oat milk! omg! It’s not the first time. I gave changes . This time I had enough. I was watching her doing it, she thinks I am blind.

This place is horrible. Regardless of how courteous or polite you are, the people working there will give you the worst attitude and act like they are doing you a favor for serving you coffee. Not something I want to deal with first thing in the morning.
Aside from this, none of the food is prepared using sterile techniques. If you aren’t watching, they will use the same gloves (if they are even wearing any) that were used to hold the broom/garbage bag to grab your donuts (cause it takes too long to switch gloves/use the wax paper).
Avoid at all costs. Franchises that pay no heed to corporate regulations shouldn’t be allowed to exist.

They don't know how to make proper coffee and they are rude especially the young kid! The old man is kind but he doesn't know or trained enough to process the order I gave him! He shouldn't be by himself! I gave him the order loud and clear and he gave me completely like black coffee when I ordered light and sweet with extra steamed cream! I understand DD they hire their indian families and Indian friends but, train them well , I pay the money to get a certain order in a certain way and taste. I shouldn't pay the price for their own decision to hire untrained family ot friends!
