NEVER COMING BACK!!!!!!!!! Atmosphere is very dirty,some ice creams are half melted and have 2 workers doing everything, they don’t where gloves and just use their hands. I waited for 12 minutes just to order when I was first in line. There was no concept of how fast they were doing work they were taking their sweet time like we weren’t all waiting for ONE employee to come to the counter.

Would not let my 4 year old use the bathroom and were rude to my wife about it avoid this place at all costs these are unamerican inconsiderate cold hearted people who don’t deserve your money the 711 has better coffee right next door and they actually let you use their bathroom

Ordered curbside pickup. Waited about 20 mins for my order. I ordered while sitting in the car staring directly at the window. A cashier seems to notice I’m sitting outside and realizes the order sitting in the table is for me. She brings it out and promptly begins to tell me someone came out twice to deliver the order but I wasn’t there. Not only that, the coffee was watery and they got both food orders wrong. So annoying.

I've had multiple issues with the Dunkin' Donuts at 9525 Horace Harding Expressway. The staff often seems distracted, leading to frequent mistakes with orders. Anyone with a nut allergy beware! I went there yesterday. Had some ice cream, got the strawberry shortcake which when I read the description said absolutely nothing about nuts, I have a nut allergy. I took a couple of spoonfuls of the ice cream and I had an allergic reaction. Make sure you ask if they have nuts because it wasn’t listed and I didn’t know until I ate it.
