I've had multiple issues with the Dunkin' Donuts at 9525 Horace Harding Expressway. The staff often seems distracted, leading to frequent mistakes with orders. Anyone with a nut allergy beware! I went there yesterday. Had some ice cream, got the strawberry shortcake which when I read the description said absolutely nothing about nuts, I have a nut allergy. I took a couple of spoonfuls of the ice cream and I had an allergic reaction. Make sure you ask if they have nuts because it wasn’t listed and I didn’t know until I ate it.

It was a very bad experience, I asked for a scoop of ice cream and my friend asked for a milkshake. She put my scoop into the blender, then realized she was wrong and she put the scoop into the cup and gave it to me anyway. The ice cream was very bad. Don’t recommend the workers don’t know what they are doing
