I frequently order Macchiato coffee from this branch, but the quality is extremely inconsistent. Some days the coffee is strong and well-made, as it should be, while other days it’s weak and poorly prepared. Consistency should be a basic standard, especially for a drink like a Macchiato that relies on bold flavor.

Additionally, the staff here often come across as unfriendly and dismissive. They seem more interested in rushing customers out than providing good service. This lack of care and professionalism is disappointing and makes for a frustrating experience overall.

The sales girl with glasses is extremely rude!!! Attitude, rude and throws the food on the counter... never had a negative experience as such... I'm a regular but will stop going there.

Now I see why their rating is so bad and have so many bad reviews. Visited this place for the first time and it would be last. They act like you come to beg or get a free drink. Horrible staff and horrible service.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese..the worst bagel I ever had. You can't even call it that. So hard you can use it as a Hammer 🔨. For $4 per bagel, just make sure its a bit more fresh. This is ridiculous.

this place is horrendous, no ice =1 dollar charge, we ordered online there was no option for no ice and they argued with me even though they weren’t making my drink and it’s been 20 minutes. i work as a barista it doesn’t take more then 5 minutes for a drink even when it’s busy, i ordered a new drink and he made it wrong and when i confronted him he was giving me a attitude.
