I'm completely disgusted with the way I keep getting treated with my fiancé whenever I come to this Dunkin location on the weekends at night. This is the second time I had an issue with the same employee. I don't know if it's out of retaliation but me and my fiancé were completely mistreated and is starting to feel like it's because of our nationality. I want to speak to not the store manager but higher up because this is ridiculous. The name on the receipt said her name was geeta.We asked for two simple drinks and geeta the woman at register was not listening and kept making us a different drink than what we asked for. This is three times now that she's making us something completely different.We kindly asked her what she was making becausethat's not what we asked for, she kept getting frustrated and raising her voice arguing with us about what we ordered. This employee needs to be fired. The treatment that we get when we walk into this establishment is horrible. She got so frustrated that she put our order down and walked away to take another customer and completely left us standing there, refusing to serve us. She brought another employee out by the name of aklama because she refused to serve us. Aklama didn't even offer to make our drinks for us, she just said she'll give us a refund. Then geeta was in the background, talking about me and my fiancé, while us the customers are standing right there. I am disgusted and I need to call back first thing Monday morning, because I will not let this go until that woman gets fired. This is unacceptable to treat customers like this. Sent from my iPhone

The tables were filthy and even though I asked twice nobody cleaned them. Many of the ice cream tubs were missing. Some of them were partly melted.

I frequently order Macchiato coffee from this branch, but the quality is extremely inconsistent. Some days the coffee is strong and well-made, as it should be, while other days it’s weak and poorly prepared. Consistency should be a basic standard, especially for a drink like a Macchiato that relies on bold flavor.
Additionally, the staff here often come across as unfriendly and dismissive. They seem more interested in rushing customers out than providing good service. This lack of care and professionalism is disappointing and makes for a frustrating experience overall.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese..the worst bagel I ever had. You can't even call it that. So hard you can use it as a Hammer 🔨. For $4 per bagel, just make sure its a bit more fresh. This is ridiculous.

this place is horrendous, no ice =1 dollar charge, we ordered online there was no option for no ice and they argued with me even though they weren’t making my drink and it’s been 20 minutes. i work as a barista it doesn’t take more then 5 minutes for a drink even when it’s busy, i ordered a new drink and he made it wrong and when i confronted him he was giving me a attitude.
