Ordered a bagel with cream cheese..the worst bagel I ever had. You can't even call it that. So hard you can use it as a Hammer 🔨. For $4 per bagel, just make sure its a bit more fresh. This is ridiculous.

this place is horrendous, no ice =1 dollar charge, we ordered online there was no option for no ice and they argued with me even though they weren’t making my drink and it’s been 20 minutes. i work as a barista it doesn’t take more then 5 minutes for a drink even when it’s busy, i ordered a new drink and he made it wrong and when i confronted him he was giving me a attitude.

Absolutely horrid service, do NOT go to this place. The workers are very rude and disrespectful. They are not worth your money and patience. The drinks are disgusting, the milk is expired and the machines are NOT clean. AVOID PLEASE!

I come here regularly to buy food and coffee here. Service is generally nice and have a few good seats and tables. Today they immediately corrected their order when I pointed out it was not what I thought was ordering. It was appreciated- we will be back!
